Josie Wyatt's Grille Reviews
12 of us dined here because we were told it was the best Steakhouse in Moab. It was absolutely awful. The service was extremely slow. Five of us ordered Ribeyes and every one of them were as tough as beef jerky. My brother literally had to hold my plate so I could cut it and eat a $58 steak with A1 sauce. They forgot one persons order which it happens but when asked to speak with the manager he literally dodged us and stayed in the kitchen and would not come to the table. Save...read full review
After several days of hiking, and eating freeze dried meals, we went into Moab and scoped out the local restaurants. Josie Wyatt’s had good reviews and for good reason. We were absolutely blown away by the service and quality of food. 10 out of 10 would revoke. My wife had the steak, I had the fish and chips. Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. The grilled asparagus was absolutely amazing.
We were a little surprised since it was such a small town but they were very nice and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The food was very good and not too heavy. The ciders are very good also.
We enjoyed our experience.

Josie Wyatt's Grille offers a fine dining experience inside a hotel. The menu is not huge, but what they have is excellent. The steak, particularly the filet with blue cheese and complementary caramelized onions, receives high praise. The birria short ribs and brussel sprouts are noted as delicious, especially when served as a starter with sauce and melted cheese. The Fiery Shrimp and pasta in a creamy garlicky sauce are also satisfying with large portions. However, some customers report issues like a disappointing ribeye and warm food. The coffee, decor, and atmosphere receive positive mentions, though the temperature inside can be uncomfortable in summer. Parking is noted as easy. The restaurant is on the higher end of the price spectrum. The staff is easy to work with, making adjustments with a smile. The food taste and display was fabulous. Kyla was a kind, helpful, and wonderful server.
