Good fine dining restaurant inside a hotel. Not a huge menu but what they have is excellent. You can easily run up a $200 bill for 2 if you go for the steaks and drinks. Nice decor, outdoor seating available.

Oh my! The best ever! Most important was the staff. So easy to work with. Easy to make adjustments with a smile. An actual friendly smile. I cannot remember the lady manager of these special event but she went way out of her way to make it easy and fun!

We needed to move one long row of table away from fence about six inches. That uncovered some solid under base of table base. No problem they said. All staff jumped on in immediately with brooms, mops, and rags. Even the bar tender jumped in to help.

It sure looked like everyone loved working there. How did the hotel find such good staff. You can’t train attitude. Hoodoo hired well.

The food taste and display was fabulous! Everyone loved it.

It was for 40 people including two young children in high chairs.

It was for our son’s rehearsal wedding party!

I rarely do reviews. But really wanted to make your future potential customers got to see our experience, including working with Liz Holland for initial arrangements.

We waited 2.5 hours, enjoyed a margarita but the service was ridiculous. We left without getting our sandwiches. I won't be back & I'm a Moab local wishing it were a food option for my friends & family. But sadly, it's not.

Best highlight of the restaurant was Kyla. She was kind, helpful, and a wonderful server. We were staying at the hotel and needed a quick bite. Got the job done and appreciate Kyla giving us a lay of the land and recommendations around Moab. Thank you!

July 2025, we managed to get there after a long, hot day of hiking and I am so glad we did. It was just what we needed. The manager and bartender who waited on us were incredibly welcoming. The steak, salad, wine and espresso martini were perfect. The hotel is beautiful and I would likely stay there next time now that I know how good the restaurant is.

Probably the worst Caesar salad I’ve had. Some chopped lettuce with almost no dressing, capers and breadcrumbs?? And extremely watery and flavorless iced tea. Service was alright. Maybe other dishes are better.

The brussel sprouts side was so good! Also the mashed potatoes were top notch. Had the prime rib and new york steak - meat quality seemed really good and everything was cooked well!

Our meal was excellent; however, the server had hair falling over his face and onto our plates, which I found unpleasant.”

Absolutely incredible dinner tonight at Josie Wyatt’s. It is the top steak house in Moab for a reason and the dinner did not disappoint. I would recommend the crab cakes for an App and the Ribeye for the entrée. Both were money! 10/10

I really loved the food. The burger was top-notch. My waiter was also incredible and very polite, always ready to help out as soon as I needed it. I loved the design and overall vibe of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend it.

I been coming to moab once a year for the last 3 years, this year i decided to give josie wyatts a try after hearing the outside bar had good complements but i got dissapointment! On the week i spent in moab after a long day hiking and in the sun i decided to have dinner there i check the closing time online said 10pm, i arrived at 9pm and the dining room was closed and chairs were flip on top of the tables looked like they were ready to go home!! Same week different day i stopped again wishing i had better luck but no it was closed again being barely after 9pm, i called them that day during the day to double check the time that was gonna closed and they said at 10pm which i thought i could make it in time but no i got there at 9 and it was closed!! After not having anything to eat i walked down the street and most places were closed so i saw pasta jays open stop there and i mention what happened to the lady that seated me after i told her josie was closed she said she was the manager from pasta jays i told her about trying to go twice here and that it wasnt open, she apologized and said her boss is the owner of josie wyatts and that she was gonna talk to someone to make sure they would give me a good service and be open, she also try giving me a gift certificate for josie as an apology of the awful moment! I said i appreciate it but that was my last day in moab, sad i couldnt try them they should change the hours if they are closing early im glad i still got to enjoy dinner at pasta jays!!
