The food was average. There wasn't anything special about it. The atmosphere is beautiful. The service, however, makes you feel like you're inconveniencing the servers. When my food came out, the food runner didn't even acknowledge us. He just plopped the food down in front of us. By the time the food did come, I didn't even have silverware. I needed salt and pepper, but I had to flag down my server who stayed at the end of the bar the entire time completely enthralled by something on her phone. When I wanted water, the same thing. I had the flag them down. It wasn't just that I had to flag her down, it was that I had to get lucky that she looked up to see me waving my arms for a glass of water. When she did come to me to ask what I needed she didn't even come all the way to the table and instead, just said oh, okay, and walked immediately away. Horrible experience. Horrible service. I would not recommend it.

The food is very well cooked but, very under-seasoned.

This is the epitome of a “hotel restaurant.” It’s convenient to walk downstairs and get dinner, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

Service was fine, decor is bland. Decent steak however.

P. S.

We visited for both dinner and breakfast, as we were staying at the hotel. On both occasions, we thought the food was decent but there were misses: the crème brûlée was more of a flan, the breakfast potatoes lacked seasoning as did the tomatoes/onions in the omelet. The service was underwhelming: it seems like they were a bit understaffed and the staff there seemed to be new/not fully trained.

Save yourself and go into town to eat. We had breakfast and it was extremely overpriced for the portion. Two eggs, two pieces of bacon, and some potatoes was $15. Our server was horrendous. Never refilled coffee or drinks or checked to see how food was. Toast was burnt to the point could not eat it. Highly disappointed at this experience
