I came in with a large group on a Friday night. The restaurant was fairly busy. We had reservations and were seated fairly quickly. Everything I was able to try at Josie Wyatt's was delicious. For starters I ordered the Brussel sprouts from the sides menu. Do your self a favor if you do not order it as a side dish to one of your meals, I recommend getting it as a starter. $105 meal with a $55 ribeye that was maybe the worst I've had other than a Golden corral or any low-end restaurant. The temperature of the place was about 78°, when it's already scorching outside in Moab in June. Referred there by my hotel. Not impressed in the least. Makes me want to open a restaurant here.
3rd time back, parking is easy. If you're picky and tired of bar food and ambiance matters come here. The food is the best we have had in moab. Great steaks, prawns, bread and salads. Lots of flavor and the service is excellent!
