We just had an EXCELLENT dinner at Miguel’s Baja Grill in Moab. The “Baja” in the name is key to the menu and the flavors of their food. I had the Carne Asada tacos and K had — a menu surprise to us — lamb tacos. Both were served with a very generous portion of meat in a flour taco (corn tacos available) and all the other ingredients as sides on the plates with refried beans and rice plus another surprise, a whole roasted jalapeño pepper which was fruity and not too...
We had a great experience tonight! Mickey was our server and he took very good care of us. Some of us have Celiacs Disease and he was so careful to check with the kitchen to make sure our meals would be safe. Thanks, Mickey!!
I am allergic to dairy products and reached out to ask about accommodations and I talked with the owner Javier. He walked me through the menu, so I could make a plan for what foods were safe for me (grilled fish tacos that were amazing) The service was great and my whole family cleaned every plate. We look forward to coming again the next time we come to Moab!
