Miguel’s is the BEST restaurant in Moab! The food is so fresh and the margaritas top notch. Amazing atmosphere and wonderful staff it’s such a treat after a long day in the trails .:)
This was an absolute gem. The Baja fish tacos were massive and flavorful, with added delicious beans and stellar rice. Excellent service as well. They have an incredible hot sauce with chiltipin that we were able to purchase. It's incredible and boosted the flavor of everything. We will definitely be back to try their many other dishes.
The food is absolutely the best meal across the board from service to presentation to flavor. Im not a salad guy….THE MANGO MISO dressing is spectacular!!!! Ate all my salad. The scallops were PERFECT….not over cooked. And the rice (not a rice guy either) was amazing….ate it ALL!
Highly recommend this restaurant even if you are not a mexican eater.
