My boyfriend and I were here this past May 2024 and we STILL talk about and think about this pizza. We got the spinach and artichoke pizza and let me tell ya- if you haven’t tried a pizza with cream cheese on it- DO IT. Absolutely life changing. 10/10, highly recommended.

UPDATE: I was unable to locate an email address or phone number for the owner or general manager. I did attempt to contact them through Messenger on their business FB page. I saw that someone opened my message. However, I was never contacted. There are too many good restaurants in Moab to waste your money on subpar food at this restaurant where it is obvious the owners do not care about the satisfaction of their customers or the quality of the food they serve.

My husband and I arrived in Moab on a Saturday evening at 6:30 after a 6 hour drive. After getting partially settled into a hotel, we researched some nearby restaurants for dinner. We decided on Canyon Pizza Co. for pizza because it was close and the reviews were pretty good overall. We ordered a 12 inch vegetable pizza and a mediterranean salad. All was ready in 15 minutes. We got it as a take out. We had planned to eat at the restaurant but all of the small tables had the chairs stacked up. It appeared the only place to sit was at the long community tables. The salad was very good. When we started eating the pizza, we realized the crust was not done. It was doughy making it like eating raw dough. My husband took it back. He arrived around 8:15 to find out they closed at 8:00. The employees were still there cleaning. A man, I am guessing the manager, let my husband inside. He told my husband he could not refund our money to our credit card because the cash registers had been closed out and he could not make a new pizza because everything was put away and the ovens were shut down. When my husband told him we had no access to an oven to bake the pizza longer, the manager started up an oven and ran our pizza through again. This slightly charred the top of the crust. The crust was still somewhat doughy. We had to eat it because by that time, it was 8:30, we had not eaten since lunch and it was too late to start looking for a other place in Moab to get dinner. Under the circumstances, it seems the manager could have offered us some sort of compensation for the pizza that was not prepared correctly. This was not the best way to start our week stay in Moab. I plan to attempt to contact the owners of this location to make them aware of the poor customer service we received tonight.

The jalapeño popper pizza. Nailed it!
I love Canyon Co. Pizza! This is a hidden gem on Main Street. The crust is my absolute favorite combined with their marinara sauce. I love trying a new pizza every time I go. It’s a fun place for the family, a date night, or just a quick pick up! My wife loves their bread sticks and Cheese pizza!

Ordered a pizza to go today, December. I am a Moab local And have ordered pizza here before. This pizza I ordered gluten-free crust with a handful of vegetables is the most disappointing pizza I've had. When every vegetable cost extra and there's virtually nothing on it, are you hoarding vegetables for the off-season? There was no manager Just kids working.
Yummy pizza! That hot honey is HOT though!

We ate it on the road and were so pleased. Would be super cool if they served beer! But they do not.
