Moab Giants Cafe is a perfect stop between Arches and Canyonlands. The Caprese sandwich and frozen chocolate yogurt were delicious choices. The burger was juicy with a crispy bun, and the pesto dressing had whole pine nuts. The fries were rated 10/10. Despite a non-working toilet and slow service on Independence Day, the overall experience was good.
