What a surprise, this little cafe attached to the Dinosaur Museum. While the menu board didn’t say anything about dietary options, the most friendly lady operating the cafe said she had gluten free buns for their burgers. And wow, what a fantastic bun (GF can be dry and terrible) and the burger was amazing, best burger we’ve enjoyed in the USA. Good food, if you’re willing to wait a while. They were short staffed on the day I ate there (only two workers) so I don’t blame them. Better hope you get all your food the first time. Might wanna bring your own napkins too. Oh, and watch where you sit (one of the legs of my chair was bent and caused the whole thing to collapse ?). Overall not terrible.
There’s nothing fancy about this place, but it is the absolute perfect location to stop for lunch between Arches and Canyonlands. I hit the jackpot choosing the Caprese sandwich, which was delicious.
