Who knows when this place is actually open. Checked Google reviews yesterday and it said it was open but when I showed up, all the vendors were closed. Called the number listed and whoever I spoke with said “I’ll be open at 11 tomorrow.” Just showed up a little after 11 and was defintely closed. Checked Google (even though it clearly wasn’t accurate yesterday). Says it OPENS AT 1130. Ugh. Photos of the food look great though. I wouldn’t know lol

Great hot dog truck. They were very accommodating fixing our Great Dane her own cut up hot dog. The human hot dog was a foot long and loaded with condiments.

I have been on this planet for just over 67 years and I can say in all honesty that this is the best hot dog I have ever had! Give the Reuben dog a try! You will not regret it!

Way too over the top. The whole draw to a hot dog is you can eat with your hand, not have to dig out a fork and knife and fight through it

Hotdogs are delicious! We were traveling in the area from Illinois back in April and the dogs were fantastic! It's October and we are back, and had to have these delicious dogs again! Ruben dog is my favorite! You did not disappoint Street Dogs! See ya again next time we are in the area!

Moab Hot Dog is a fantastic food truck located in the food truck court, plenty of parking and covered seating make it super convenient. The owner was really friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing.

The hot dogs were delicious, and they even have vegan options, which was a huge plus. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

A great casual stop in Moab for a quick and tasty bite. Highly recommend!

Alright, let’s talk about Moab Street Dogs, the food truck slingin’ hot dogs like they’re auditioning for a starring role in your stomach. Nestled in a food truck lot with other vendors, it’s like a culinary circus where wieners are the main act.
They’ve got a solid lineup of choices—enough to make you feel like a kid in a candy store, but with more mustard. I went for the C Boy Dog, which sounded like it was gonna be the cool kid on the block. Spoiler alert: the flavor was more like that kid who promises a killer mixtape but delivers a kazoo solo. It just didn’t pop—like, I was expecting a flavor explosion, but I got a polite fizzle. Maybe my taste buds were having an off day, or maybe the C Boy was just feeling shy.
But let’s give credit where it’s due: the service was so awesome, I half-expected the staff to break into a choreographed dance routine while handing me my dog. Super friendly, quick, and they didn’t judge me for overanalyzing my hot dog order like it was a life-altering decision. The food truck vibe itself? A total win. It’s like a mini food festival where you can bounce between vendors, grab a dog, and pretend you’re a food critic for the day.
In short, Moab Street Dogs is a fun spot with a great menu and service that’ll make you smile harder than a wiener in a bun. The C Boy Dog might’ve ghosted my taste buds, but with all the other options, I’d roll back to this food truck party and give another dog a shot. 🌭
