Pasta Jay's Reviews
We are new to the Moab area and we were told by one of the people staying in our RV park that it was great food. We are camp host at a local RV park. So we ordered lasagna last night with intent to split two orders between four of us.
We also made a salad to go with it as the salad was way too expensive to order from the restaurant. The portion size was excellent, however, none of us could eat the lasagna as it was way too spicy and hot in taste Two of the people said it...read full review
I was thoroughly excited about trying this place as I love Italian food and can eat more pasta than most people can lift!
The menu and food did not disappoint!
My salad and main course were delicious!
My issue was with service.

Pasta Jay's is a popular Italian restaurant located in a charming national park town. It offers a casual vibe with friendly service and a family-friendly atmosphere. The inside has a classic style, and the Main Street patio provides a lively setting for good people watching, although the metal patio chairs may be uncomfortable. The restaurant is known for its hearty and flavorful pasta dishes, cooked perfectly with rich, homemade sauces, which continue to appeal to many customers. The green chili ravioli and chicken parmesan remain customer favorites, and the delicious baked lasagna served boiling in marinara is also highly praised, with some finding it light on noodles and heavy on ricotta. Families can enjoy a separate kids menu featuring coloring activities. Customers have enjoyed the thin crust pizza, which is not dry or cracker-like, featuring quality mozzarella and flavorful sauce. The garlic bread served with dishes has received praise, and some say it is far from bland. Service can be slower during busy times, but the staff is warm and welcoming, making diners feel at home. The restaurant has adapted to seasonal changes by putting up tarps and heaters around the outside, allowing outdoor dining even in winter. Despite many dining options in the area, Pasta Jay's is appreciated for its tasty, reliable Italian dishes and inviting environment, making it a must-stop in Moab.
