This food truck is fantastic!! I dream about these quesadillas when I leave Moab for the school year :) I think this is great stop if you’re from out of town AND if you’re a local, like me, that doesn’t usually eat out because food is crazy expensive these days, make an exception for these exceptional quesadillas!! hahaha
This is part of the food truck park in Moab. The two ladies working here were very friendly. The quesadillas were amazing! Also give the chips and Guacamole a try, the Guacamole was really yummy too!
These quesadillas were STUFFED with creative and flavorful ingredients! Definitely juicy and drippy because of all the contents. The food truck area is a colorful respite from the summer heat with its mist.
