Holy guacamole this was the best quesadilla I’ve ever had (sorry mom). No doubt this is the best truck here on the block. Don’t hesitate. Seriously so good and such fresh ingredients and flavors.
This food truck is incredible. I don't know if it's the best in Moab, because I haven't tried any of the others, but I can certainly understand why it's the oldest. You won't be disappointed.
