Chris makes this delicious Chinese food. It is the only thing like it in town, which is saying something because Moab has a variety. He makes each plate or bowl fresh, and it hits the spot every time. Ten out of ten!
I had a hankering for stir fried vegetables and got this. It was alright. $15 total for noodles and mixed vegetables with tofu. It tasted ok but I thought it was expensive for what I got.

My wife got a plate with Orange Tofu and mixed vegetables with steamed rice, I got General Tso's tofu and mixed vegetables with fried rice. The tofu was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had nice color and flavor. The mixed vegetables were also nice and crisp, and also had good flavor. I enjoyed my fried rice as well.
