The food and atmosphere is very good. We ordered the halibut and ribeye special, along with two of the drinks on special. We were a bit surprised that each cocktail cost $48. We most likely would not have ordered it if we knew. However, our fault for not asking the price of the drink on special beforehand.
I would have loved to give this restaurant a good review because I hold it im great memory from a stay long time ago (2012). Unfortunately, at the night we ate there, neither in terms of service nor food has the River Grill Restaurant been up to par with establishments in a similar price range. Not only was our order mixed up and we ended up sharing one starter which on top of that didn't come as stated on the menu. My main course, a $52 Pork Chop, was very dry and chewy....
Staff was super nice, so was the view! Portions however were extremely small, quality was so so, and pricing extremely high. Expect to already pay 50$ for a breakfast with all the extra fees they’re adding to the bill.
