I have been traveling the national parks for 5 days and this has been tye first place with amazing food! I got the Cilantro Lime bowl. Chefs kiss! I was told the chicken is smoked themselves. If in Moab, ditch the tourist/chain places check this place out!

We got the family deal special and it was perfect. Great healthy food, cooked well, great flavors, great prices, family friendly. We brought everything back to our hotel--a whole chicken, rice, veggies, sauces and it was more than enough for 4 of us. Best food we've had in a Moab.

Absolutely unreal flavor! I got the cilantro lime/southwest bowl and it was amazing. If you’re not as big into sauce, my wife got the dry bowl and she loved it too. Very generous portions and a flavor profile that makes it hard to stop eating. The chicken’s got a little kick to it but I’m also pretty soft when it comes to spice. Definitely stopping by here each time we visit Moab. Also, the chocolate cake was a delicious cap to the meal. What a gem of a spot! Thanks Marcus!

Ordered the Large with a combo of the cilantro lime and southwest sauces. Delicious, lots of food, great customer service. Chocolate dessert was v good as well. Will be back!

I was honestly a little skeptical about trying a food truck, but this one completely exceeded my expectations. The food is very clean, healthy, and full of amazing flavor. I tried the cilantro lime bowl, and it was so delicious that I completely dove right in and forgot to take a picture!
The options are wonderful, the taste is amazing, and the customer service was just as great. The server was so sweet and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
