I was so excited to see taco time while on vacation. There isn't any where I currently live so, it was a nice treat. I made sure to buy my favorite sauces for home.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burrito that is great - I like to add the e-sauce (enchilada sauce)! Plus bean burritos, and crispy bean burritos. When I worked at taco time in Oregon years ago they had a veggie delight salad - if it's not on the menu anymore I am sure they can make it... it was the same toppings...read full review
My first time visiting Taco Time. This is a food trailer with drive through only. We’re in the area visiting the National Parks and wanted something different. I had the big Juan combo meal and the burrito was very good. The tater tots seemed crunchy and dried out. The speaker was hard to hear the questions from the kitchen especially with the traffic. Overall a decent meal and would stop again.

So fast. The guy there was super friendly too. And he had food out as fast as he could handle the line of cars. It *is* Northwest style Mexican food, so it isn't authentic in any way, but it's a bit of home for a Seattlite running through the lands of slickrock, and there's nothing like the crisp bean burritos for nostalgia. And this guy served them up piping hot, making everything to order.
