Soooooo good! This is why I love food trucks! So much flavor and nice sized portions all with healthy veggies. We had the cilantro lime and the southwestern. We will definitely seek him out the next time we are here!

I have been traveling the national parks for 5 days and this has been tye first place with amazing food! I got the Cilantro Lime bowl. Chefs kiss! I was told the chicken is smoked themselves. If in Moab, ditch the tourist/chain places check this place out!

We got the family deal special and it was perfect. Great healthy food, cooked well, great flavors, great prices, family friendly. We brought everything back to our hotel--a whole chicken, rice, veggies, sauces and it was more than enough for 4 of us. Best food we've had in a Moab.
