This is a very small Starbucks inside the City Market. There is not much to say about this location except that the staff are not that friendly. Unfortunately, like so many other Starbucks, the prices seem a tad bit high for the quality of service and products they offer.

You can't buy anything here except coffee!! I asked about a croissant, they said they didn't have one, I asked about a cheese roll, they also said they didn't have one. I asked about a sandwich, and it also turned out that it wasn't available. This is a tourist place and you don't have anything except coffee? Take down the signs where the prices for sandwiches and desserts are written, or learn to replenish your supplies correctly! You've ruined my morning

The slowest service at any Starbucks.ever. Cashier busy doing online orders, while physical customers banked up and two other girls giggled and chatted to each other while slowly preparing drinks. I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes without service, having already spent a long time in the line.. Saving grace is that the product is consistent.

Staff could care less that your standing there. They don't even make eye contact with you until they are ready to. You should look at people and say hello and you will be with them soon. Never see such a rude bunch of people. and SLOW OMG never seen anything like it

Asked for a hot flat white but was given a cold flat white instead. The drink was made hot the second time but instead of a flat white it was a mocha. 😭

Bad customer service ever! This is the longest order I got any at starbucks stores. I placed my order at 12:54 in a personal cup, I showed up at the store, 3 mins after that & hand the barista my cup & it sit there forever! At first I thought it is in queue, until I saw they prioritized order of a customer just ordered in store way after I show up :) i never give any 1 stars, but this just ruined my day! I finally got my drink at 13:13 - last one in queue.
Out of some coffees, caramel Sirup and food items while barista on training - set up for success

Every time I come to this location my coffee takes forever to get and then it's never made right. When asked if it can be remade im only meet with attitude. Starbucks is not cheap and its crap when the whole experience sucks. I will not be coming back!!

i would like to say this is the first time i’ve had a issue but it isn’t. The girls here treat this place like a hangout. I have gave them multiple chances and each time nothing is made consistently or right. i ordered a ice green tea. they gave me a ice matcha all foam (no i did not ask for cold foam or anything.) this is pretty unfortunate considering how expensive it is. not to mention if you place a online order is takes about 20-30 mins with no in person foot traffic
