Just sad to be a Starbucks…. No energy and can’t get the order right…. Like the employees don’t want to be there….

Every time I come to this location my coffee takes forever to get and then it's never made right. When asked if it can be remade im only meet with attitude. Starbucks is not cheap and its crap when the whole experience sucks. I will not be coming back!!

i would like to say this is the first time i’ve had a issue but it isn’t. The girls here treat this place like a hangout. I have gave them multiple chances and each time nothing is made consistently or right.
i ordered a ice green tea.
they gave me a ice matcha all foam (no i did not ask for cold foam or anything.)
this is pretty unfortunate considering how expensive it is.
not to mention if you place a online order is takes about 20-30 mins with no in person foot traffic

Person training the new hire isn’t even next to them and being what a manager should be like, I placed my order and waited 10 minutes for them to be able to finish a talk and a grande drink! Please pay more attention and have more hospitality! They didn’t even add the caramel drizzle to my drink even though I paid for it I had to ask them to put it on!!!

Located in a shopping mall right behind the entrance door, this Starbucks is almost a coffee corner. The place offers good Starbucks coffee and staff members were nice.
I also liked how many different cups or mugs with local pictures of Utah there are in the offer. So if you are collecting Starbucks cups, this is a good place for them.

I ordered a sandwich, payed with app, they took my money and then (!) told me that sandwich is out of stock and they can’t (!) refund me because they have no computer and I should deal with support services. So I spent 15 minutes trying to find support in app (and failed). Nobody helped me and wasn’t interested in my problem at all. I had to take another sandwich, which was out of stock too, then i tried with third one, which I don’t like just not to loose my money. I was very disappointed with the service.

This Starbucks is sooo busy. It’s the only Starbucks in Moab Utah. There was only one worker doing everything; dine in, take out, call ins, online orders, etc. She was working so hard. However, she still did it with a smile on her face. Customer service was top notch here, despite the one worker. We waited around 45 minutes by the time we got in line and to the time we got our drinks. The drinks were correct and tasted amazing. However, we did go back the next day for some amazing drinks but they were so busy we decided not to wait and they had the online ordering not available. Again they only had the same one worker working very hard. Overall I rated them a 4 because the drinks were correct and the customer service was amazing.

Parking: It’s in a grocery store so you have to compete with their customers.

One of the worst locations. Unfriendly staff. Only 2 people working a busy Saturday morning. Took 24 minutes to get a large iced coffee and 3 eggs bites via mobile ordering ahead. They didn't provide any napkins or forks. Horrible experience for busy Moms needing a quick breakfast and caffeine boost.
