i had a mobile order that was ready 10+ minutes late. after i had to remind the staff about my matcha, i got it plain. i ordered a matcha with cold foam and pumps of vanilla. the staff didn't even bother about what i had added and just made a plain matcha. starbucks is a part of my everyday routine, wont be ordering from this one again tho.

I’m prefacing this with I was in the fast food industry, serving, and hosting industry for many years. I usually go to local coffee shops, especially when I’m out of town to try new places but I had an e-gift card and was on a road trip so figured I’d mobile order. The drinks were ready when I arrived, but an empty bag sat on the counter for the bakery items I ordered. I sat patiently waiting as they were awfully busy and as the barista placed another order on the pickup I asked if it was left empty because they were out or waiting to heat up the items. That barista was rude, unpleasant, and unwelcoming to begin with. The barista working on the bakery items informed me they were able to replace the item with another bakery item since they were out of the original one I ordered. I don’t go to Starbucks as often anymore in general but whenever I do all the locations I’ve been to have always been pleasant and friendly and kind, despite massive drive thru lines or inside waits, but this was by far the worst I’ve seen customer service wise. Another lady behind me informed the barista her coffee was indeed wrong and the barista responded “No. I made it correctly.” The lady chimed in saying she understands they were busy but that she was allergic to milk and specified that at the ordering counter multiple times. The barista said “I have other orders back here” and gave the woman’s friend the other drink in their order and continued making other drinks. I finally got my bakery items and left, but these baristas need an attitude check or review on friendly customer service. If you enjoy coffee and good coffee plus pleasant customer service I’d recommend any other coffee shop besides Starbucks in Moab.

Ordered 2 peppermint white mochas today and ended up with 2 hot chocolates for $16. Out of stoppers spilled everywhere and also out of sleeves and burned my fingers.

This was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in the US and even in Europe. Starbucks employees are usually friendly, welcoming, and smiling, which is why this visit was such a shock.
At this location, the staff were grumpy, dismissive, and extremely slow. Their facial expressions alone made me feel unwelcome, as if they were saying, “We don’t want you here, please leave and don’t order anything.”
There was no warmth, no basic courtesy, and no effort to create a positive experience. Very disappointing, especially for a brand that is normally known for great service.

This is a very small Starbucks inside the City Market. There is not much to say about this location except that the staff are not that friendly. Unfortunately, like so many other Starbucks, the prices seem a tad bit high for the quality of service and products they offer.

You can't buy anything here except coffee!! I asked about a croissant, they said they didn't have one, I asked about a cheese roll, they also said they didn't have one. I asked about a sandwich, and it also turned out that it wasn't available. This is a tourist place and you don't have anything except coffee? Take down the signs where the prices for sandwiches and desserts are written, or learn to replenish your supplies correctly! You've ruined my morning

The slowest service at any Starbucks.ever. Cashier busy doing online orders, while physical customers banked up and two other girls giggled and chatted to each other while slowly preparing drinks. I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes without service, having already spent a long time in the line.. Saving grace is that the product is consistent.

Staff could care less that your standing there. They don't even make eye contact with you until they are ready to. You should look at people and say hello and you will be with them soon. Never see such a rude bunch of people. and SLOW OMG never seen anything like it

Bad customer service ever! This is the longest order I got any at starbucks stores. I placed my order at 12:54 in a personal cup, I showed up at the store, 3 mins after that & hand the barista my cup & it sit there forever! At first I thought it is in queue, until I saw they prioritized order of a customer just ordered in store way after I show up :) i never give any 1 stars, but this just ruined my day! I finally got my drink at 13:13 - last one in queue.
