“Everything here is GREAT. Starting off, our hostess Millie got us a table straight away and filled us in on the history of this place on our walk to the patio. Then our waiter Marcelo was an absolute delight. He was so patient and kind with our group! I noticed he was also attending to many other tables and was very timely with all things considered. Food was delicious and satisfying portions. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone!“

“After several days of hiking, and eating freeze dried meals, we went into Moab and scoped out the local restaurants. Josie Wyatt’s had good reviews and for good reason. We were absolutely blown away by the service and quality of food. 10 out of 10 would revoke. My wife had the steak, I had the fish and chips. Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. The grilled asparagus was absolutely amazing.“
