We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious this little food truck is. They have everything needed to sit and eat outdoors. Nice little quaint area. Even and outdoors sink to wash your hands. We loved all 3 dishes we bought. Sat and ate, then took our leftovers. It is must!

This was the best food we've had in Moab all week. Meat cooked perfectly, very flavorful, and a great value for the plates. Super friendly and welcoming staff as well.

Our family loves queso birrias, so when we saw La Preferida serves them, we had to stop and get some. Highly recommend! If you want authentic goodness, go here! They also had a great sitting area with tables and shade.
