I don’t know how you can give this place anything but 5 stars. The customer service what outstanding, there are a lot of options, and you can’t order wrong. We stopped in to try it before heading back to Colorado. Wow! Everything was delicious, including the Torta Cubana; great choice and worth the calories. This is one of the best places we have eaten in Moab. We will be back!

We had the rice, beans, and chicken quesadilla. All was fabulous. The seating near the truck is limited so may be good to grab and go. Would definitely recommend.

A great little spot! Had the BLT with chipotle mayo and it was really excellent for such a simple sandwich! The bacon was perfectly cooked, crispy but not burnt and same with the bread, lightly toasted but still soft. My husband had the Chilaquiles and said they were great too. A definite must stop when we visit Moab!

Coming from Denver I have tried hundreds of Mexican restaurants and food trucks. This one in Moab is by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in addition the prices are very reasonable. The owners are very kind and courteous.
