July 3rd, restaurant still under construction. Didn’t know before making the 25 minute drive from Moab. Open table nor Google stated under construction. When we pulled in the driveway there was a sign saying it was closed with no signs saying where to go. Went in the bronco reservation building to ask and was told that was where our reservation was. Did sit down to a very small menu offered and no alcoholic beverages. We choose to leave so I can’t attest to the food quality.

This restaurant is closed for renovation. Had no idea until we drove 1 hour to see the sign posted. They had a make shift restaurant with no drink list and a few entree options in their Bronco reservation building. We didn't stay to eat.

I had the great pleasure of staying at Redcliffs Lodge for a couple days and was able to dine at the Cowboy Grill for a couple of meals. I will say the hotel breakfast not sure if it's connected to the restaurant, was really good. Every day they served fresh and varied pastries. The scones, muffins, cinnamon buns were delicious and a great was to start the day. There were also plenty of breakfast food options and served all you can eat buffet style.

Lunch: I ate lunch twice here. The first time I had the fish tacos, The plate comes with two hardy sized tacos. The fish is well prepared; with the appearance of a golden breaded crust.

Another lunch, I had the RCL burger and boy did that not disappoint!!! It was such a flavorful burger. It was also huge, and I had plenty of leftovers.

Dinner: Filet mignon and I ordered broccoli and mashed potatoes to go with the steak. The steak was phenomenal

Went to have dinner there, but discovered it was under construction. After talking to one of the construction crew we discovered it was open in another building. Then discovered they dont open till 5pm. Google said they were open not closed. Need to have more detail of what is open and what is not. Also signs at the entrance showing where the temporary restaurant is located would help.

The service was good, we did have to wave for their attention after we had been sitting and ready to order and when we were ready to pay as well (they were not busy, the guy was standing there). But the staff were super friendly and respectful, and they were efficient with everything else! The food though, is not at all worth it. Actually the food was disappointing big time, especially for the price. It wasn’t garbage but they don’t serve fancy and tasty, they instead charge fancy for some bleh blandness . They really want to give top notch, but simply they can’t.

The restaurant is very run down with disinterested staff. We asked for a glass of wine and finally had success at our third choice. Our meals arrived stone cold and the steak was as tough as shoe leather and inedible. At least the dog that was sitting up at the opposite table (yes-on the bench) seemed to enjoy the atmosphere. One of the servers wore a baseball cap and was disheveled.

Ordered a meat/cheese tray. No description was given to the items on the plate when the food was dropped off. Not all items were on the plate because they were out of certain meats. Considering it was $35 that should have been advised by the server, it was not.
Ordered a burger, it was overcooked. Also had pecan encrusted trout which was delicious. The sides were OK, could have had more veggies for the $12 they wanted for broccolini, literally 5 pieces.
Servers need to know how to pour beer into a glass. You need head on a beer for the flavors to come out.
Beautiful area, will be back.

Welcoming for adults and family. Portions are definitely shareable. Exceptionally warm staff.

My husband ordered the burger and loved it. I had a sirloin and it was delicious. We had grilled asparagus and truffle fries as a side, they were also very good but had to be purchased separately. We ordered desserts to go that were very tasty also. The service was fast and friendly.

Our server was wonderful, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. And the view is spectacular, especially at sunset. Truly a unique and special place

The outside deck is great in the evening and the view fantastic. We enjoyed the inside dining room for breakfast.

Our server was slammed with nearly all patio tables arriving at 7:00 to see sunset. $22 pomegranate cosmo to start not worth it. Side item for our order was incorrect and rushed out undercooked, although both were removed from bill. At one point neither my wife or I had water or another drink. When our server came by my wife had to order wine as he walked by and he didn’t ask me if I didn’t need anything. About that time a staff member dragged tables and chairs around right next to us to make a party of 12. Then they decided they didn’t need the table for 12 and dragged everything back across the wood patio floor to regular configuration. Filet and shirt rib were good, but service and atmosphere made our 10th anniversary dinner disappointing.

Outstanding food and service. Our steaks were cooked on an open grill in front of us and was overseen by the Exec Chef. Absolutely delicious and the cowboy beans were a meal in itself. It is rare to come across a restaurant that outperforms in every way shape and form. I wonder if they deliver in a 1258 mile radius 😊
