I really wanted to like this place. I tried the Hot Honey Chicken Pizza, because it sounded delicious. But it became a chore to eat because of how plain it tasted. The service was amazing, and the vibe was super chill, but I just felt kind of disappointed afterwards.

We had Zaxs on 2/16 and 2/17. Both nights we had the same server. Can't recall her name but she was awesome. Great service and great food sitting outside under the heaters with our dog. Everytime we go to Zaks we have a great experience and the menu has many options to choose from.

Service was not good. The waiter was slow and disorganized. Not sure if Josh was new, but other tables were also getting frustrated by his service. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. It's gone down hill over the past several years. Quality has gone down with their prices shooting up. Just saying how it was.

It was alright, pizza was good. Garlic knots were plain, no flavor. Being town is slow because it is off season, service was pretty bad. The glass wall to watch them make pizzas and bake them was definitely the best aspect.

He was not only extremely nice, but also attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu when we asked him for his opinion on his favorites. Pizza was... underwhelming. Floppy, half crust pizza. We got the triple H and pineapple, somehow looked worse than it tasted.
We got a large cookie, and when we got it I thought they switched our order with someone who ordered a flattened rock. No good.
