What a great stop in a gorgeous little town! While roadtripping from Phoenix thru Utah- we stopped in for an early dinner before going to search for a camp spot. We arrived to a cute 50’s style diner, with an overwhelming menu of options, all typical diner fare. Stopped at Bullies Drive-In and it was a great choice! I ordered a double cheeseburger without the bun and a side salad. The patty itself was excellent — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and crisp, a nice balance to the meal. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely a solid stop if you’re in Monroe!
The Bullies Burger was delicious; the green chiles made it a favorite at our table. Thank you! And thank you also for taking care of out-of-town wildland firefighters as they came in for some respite. Much appreciated!
