We were traveling through Monticello on a trip and decided to try what the locals were telling us about this place. It was wonderful! I had to try my default when I hit a BBQ place for the first time - Pulled Pork Sandwich. This thing was massive, with a mound of tender and flavorful pulled pork that was so tender and juicy that it really did not need any BBQ Sauce. The fries were hand cut and fried to perfection and were absolutely amazing on their own. We had a fabulous meal...
We have spent a ton of time in the Monticello area since July and have eaten here several times. We tried all the meats, salad, potatoes au gratin, ice cream, fries, onion rings, burgers, kids meals and beer. Hands down the best potatoes au gratin I've ever had. The brisket and pulled pork never disappoints! You can't go wrong with anything you order. Stop in and eat. You'll leave full and happy!
Don't miss this opportunity to sample some great BBQ if traveling through Monticello, Utah. Service great and food came quick. He had the pulled pork (loved it--but you might need extra sauce, too) and I tried the ribs, YUMMMMMM! While I ordered the half and took some home I think future I'd order the full next time so we could have MORE leftover. Au gratins were a great side.
