This cafe could be 5 stars if staff were more communicative and were more friendly to guests. I asked staff for a side of blueberries. She said yes. I never got them so finally figured out I should go out front to order and pay for them. She couldn't tell me that? The syrup was refrigerator cold. Warm or at least room temperature would go a long way in making the French toast really good! I wish they had offered me the option of blueberries with the French toast giving...
Great cafe with lots of options, fresh food and a lovely atmosphere. I wish they were open for dinner, too because the options are so limited in Monticello. The art and gift shop is a nice addition.
