Not gonna lie I was worried to order due to all of the bad reviews of this place. I ordered 2 foot-longs online with the app and got the BOGO1 promo to Buy One Get One $1 deal. I had no problems whatsoever. The food was as expected and it was good deal. I took the food to pioneer park for a picnic dinner.
Stopped while coming from Provo and decided to get a sandwich. There were two ladies working, the younger one was telling the other one she had been making bread the whole morning, and she was actually very polite and helpful. The other lady, the older one lacks basic customer service skills. She finished preparing my sandwich and proceeded to charge me. When I reached for my receipt, she let go of it before I had actually grabbed it, I cought it in the air though, no biggie....
