Stumbled upon this place on way from Bryce to Zion. Amazing find. Wish we could have seen it in daylight but were immediately greeted by the working farm dogs. Rustic interior of the restaurant as we sat around pellet stove to warm up. The food was EXCELLENT and made for a memorable evening chatting with server Tony and some of the other patrons.

Beautiful atmosphere, but service is very slow and food is for an acquired taste. Menu is not for the average eater (Elk, Venison, Buffalo meat). Limited options outside of those. Dinner took an hour and a half. Had to get up several times and ask for water, check, and to order additional food and drinks. Server was not helpful or pleasant. Disappointing. We had planned to eat there our entire stay, but drove 30 minutes to another place instead.

First ones in. The waitress forgot to put our order, we got our salads. Way too $$$$ for we got. Ordered some parmesan fries, awful, dried, overcooked or fried, too salty. We never got our food. 1hr acting, so we left. There were only about 9 people in the restaurant. Don't bother stopping to eat. The reviews are not accurate.

We slept at the ranch for two nights and had dinner on site on the last evening. The bison 🦬 rip-eye and the steak were great! Unfortunately my steak wasn't really hot but that was the only thing I have to complain about. Unfortunately, the service was “as is”. You wait a long time, the service seems uncoordinated and inexperienced. Something was constantly being mixed up or forgotten at the tables next to us. Apparently few people in this restaurant have any dining experience. For the price ($55 for the Bison) I expect not only quality but also great service.

First restaurant in the United States where we ate well! But you have to pay the price. The dishes were very good and the desserts to die for. The cozy atmosphere and the wood are a bit reminiscent of a mountain refuge. However, the service was a little slow and the air conditioning was much too strong.

Absolutely horrible. Salmon was raw, barely cooked, and we had them take it back. Lady looked at us confused. They gave it back and it was still raw! No asking if it was good or anything. We also didn’t get any plates for our appetizers.

We came as a group of 12 visiting Zion National Park. This was the best place we experienced for food. We had almost everything on the menu and it was so delicious. The bison steak and venison pasta was cooked to perfection. The craft sodas were refreshing. Also, the restaurant situated on a farm, with chickens roaming around and bison grazing in the distance. They're also mindful of light pollution so you can get a spectacular view of the night sky. High recommend!!!
The owner, Kevin, is an absolute gem. The ambiance was top-tier, and his show of character and generosity made the experience even more memorable.

We reserved a table at 7 p.m. and still waited over an hour. The food was just lukewarm. One out of four meals was forgotten and was only served when the others had already eaten. The restaurant looks like no one here has ever worked in the restaurant industry before.
