When I first came to Zion, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but after trying the pizza, fish stew, and roasted chicken here, I was truly impressed. Despite roasted chicken usually being dry elsewhere, the 24-hour marinade made it surprisingly juicy. The pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The quality of the food was good. The service was fair, but could use some improvement. Glenn was the friendliest and most responsive, but most of the other employees ranged from bored to downright grouchy. The food was a little pricey and tasted good, and we were okay eating there several times during our stay. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The ponderosa pie on cauliflower crust was my favorite.Dietary restrictions: Was so glad to see a gluten free crust option for the pizza.
