This charming, rustic restaurant, part of the Zion Mountain Ranch, offers a variety of dishes made primarily with ingredients sourced from the ranch's own gardens. Stopped by for a breakfast. Simple, but top notch quality! I got the Pancakes du jour, an everything on the plate was just superb … the sausage was firm (not fatty) with great fresh flavor, two very tasty eggs (I am guessing local, as they had some chickens running outside the restaurant), and two huge beautiful pancakes. I went for lunch on a Monday, was not busy at all and was sat right away to a window seat overlooking the hills. Very rustic ranch vibe. Ordered thr Bison burger and it was delicious 🤤, 10/10 recommend. The only side options they had were side salad or chips (i think like homemade lays-esque). I got the salad and it was okay.
