I don't expect much from a Subway, but the guy working there could not care any less. He was sitting down with his family when I came in and acted like I was big inconvenience to him. I was the only customer in the place.
He had a rude tone the whole time and was clearly trying to rush me out of the door. He didn't pay attention when putting the sandwich together and I swear he only put 3 olives on the sandwich.
At least he washed his hands and the place was clean.

Literally went there for a flatbread sandwich and the lady working rolled it up. WITH the paper so we had to go home and unwrap it to take out the paper. It’s a SANDWICH not a wrap. Not to mention she was soooooo slow. Bad subway experience here

I’m not sure who the young lady working on 10/05/2025 at 6:30pm was, but she deserves a raise!!!! She was non stop making sandwiches got to mine and my wife’s and didn’t skip a beat! She made one of the best sandwiches I’ve had!

Below average service- If there is a phone order you will have to wait as they don’t know how to make and serve multiple customers. If you want to walk in and wait for 20 minutes, this place is for you. There are other options close by to get a sandwich or food that are great. Cavalier, the coffee depot has great sandwiches. I left and went somewhere else.

I waited 88 minutes for my food from door dash, they closed at 10, never answered their phone. Never do DoorDash from here in the late hours of 8pm.

Wanted to get my children fed while on the road. Was careful to arrive at 9:40, giving closing time is 10pm. Arrived to the Subway closed and locked, despite the hours in the window confirming 10pm is the close time. Could see employee hiding in the back.

Need more than one employee. Standing in line to order for over 30 minutes so far. No one in front of me but can’t order until they get their on line orders. Probably worst Subway I’ve ever been to for service.
My 73-year-old mother went here for two sandwich meals, Aug 30th. The sandwiches ordered and the sandwichs on the receipt are not the same. Furthermore these were meals and the individual working, which apparently she'd only been there for 5 days, didn't even provide cups for the meals ,didn't even provide any seasoning for the pretzel and/or churro let alone any type of dipping sauces etc. The cost was just shy of $40. The individual working should have insured that things were done properly. How are you going to give someone a pretzel with no salt or a churro that's just plain both of which have no dipping sauces! Disappointing

We got coupons sent to our Mt Pleasant address and went to use them at the nearest subway. No where in the coupon did it say the coupon couldn’t be used at this location. The worker wouldn’t redeem the coupon and said it doesn’t work at this location.
