The drinks were good, but when asking questions about the menu, they might as well of rolled their eyes while answering.

The owner of this store got violent and smashed a grapefruit on the counter bc we asked for no syrup in the fresh grapefruit juice on the menu and he kept putting syrup and said it’s a lie it’s not actually fresh and then the owner proceeded to throw water out the door when we left when all we wanted was a refund. I also ordered a jasmine green tea and they wouldn’t seal it properly no matter how many times I asked.. and it just poured all over me. Don’t waste ur money here.

The worst customer service he throw water at me for no reason I don’t recommend this place at all !!!!

I ordered mango matcha latte and I got strawberry. When I asked them to switch the drink to what I ordered (my niece wanted to try the drink, she is allergic), they told me I ordered strawberry. I know for a fact I didn't because I wouldn’t risk it since my niece always tries my drinks. They got upset and other worker started saying he heard me order strawberry. Very weird place for trying to gaslight customers. They refused to remake it and also did not provide a receipt or repeat the order.

Hands-down the best brown sugar drink I've ever had. Lots of creative flavors and a few caffeine free options.

I understand some of the criticisms about the service, but come on, it's an independent drink shop. Some of you have never been to a non-chain restaurant in your life, and it shows. This place is the best boba I've had in SLC, and not hearing an soulless "thank you" after I place my order doesn't change that.

Brisket pho! Oh my!!! Oliver surprise me with the best drink! Tell them to surprise you! It’s amazing! Food was great and fresh! Definitely will be back for more!
