Great service, but the guy didn’t know what a breve was nor did the gal working with him so maybe a little more training is needed. My coffee was not made correctly. I’ll go back and try again another day still.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what they serve. It has a welcoming quiet atmosphere that is perfect for hanging out in and having a conversation or working on your computer. The sandwiches were made fresh and the coffees were tasty and original. The prices are a bit high but the serving sizes seem to make up for that.
Good people working hard, and they try to smile! That means so much to me.

We went to the Murray location, and when we went to order food they had it closed down and denied us service to the food. Keep in mind it was 7 and they close at 8, I’ve worked in the food industry before and I know you have to continue serving until you’re published closing time. I was gonna let that slide but then I ordered 2 frozen Mr. B’s and the lady working just threw them together with no care at all and when I left the store and tried it, it tasted like milk with a splash of coffee, whenever I go to get coffee at Beans and Brew I always get the Mr. B’s and I’ve never been disappointed like this, with the taste, the service, everything. Just down right unprofessional. Do better to satisfy your customers.
