My daughter and I just went in and let me tell you I have been looking everyehere for chai milk tea. They had it so i thought I'd give it a try and oh my hell. IT'S SO GOOD The gentleman who helped us was so nice and helpful and patient We will be back for sure!!

Didn't have any tapioca Boba and it was almost noon. Unsure why they weren't cooked to be ready for opening. The clerk was friendly and offered the coffee ones which are kinda similar but definitely don't taste the same. It was overall good but I was definitely disappointed not to get the Boba when that was my specific reason for going in. But overall I do recommend

Made it right on their open time and it was closed. Called the business and they told me they would be here in 1-2 minutes, that didn’t happen.

This was a cute little place for Boba. While waiting you can play with all the variety of games and toys they have around the shop. My kids were entertained and weren't complaining so I was happy.

If you like boba tea this is one of the best I've tried. Lots of delicious pastries too. The owner was very sweet and helpful with suggestions. It's unfortunate that this place is tucked away in a corner with awkward access (no dedicated parking) but I will definitely be back!
