Our waitress was very rude from start to finish during our experience at Brio. She was extremely disrespectful on several occasions including when she counted her tips, from the several different receipts, on the table. She also suggested Olive Garden when we asked if they had an Alfredo sauce. When speaking to the manager after our meal he was very apologetic and handled the situation great. Just unfortunate that the service from the waitress was so poor.

Is Thursday Ragu or Prego night? This food is sub-par and over priced. If I wanted this quality, I be would have stayed at home.

Yesterday we went for lunch at Brio, what a great experience, our waitress Pamela was kind andsuper fun, great customer service and great food. We ordered a classic Bruschetta to share, my husband had Spaghetti Bolognese and I had the Brio pasta. Big portions and great flavors. We couldn't have dessert this time, it will be for next time.

Made a reservation, waited for 45 minutes, they ended up sitting two other groups who walked in after us and saw four groups walk out. There was no one at the front and when we looked at the tables on the monitors, there were several available tables. Also looking around the restaurant, like half of the staff was waiting around doing nothing. Been there before and the food is okay, not great, service is usually pretty awful and after this time, will not be going again. If there was a choice to give no stars, I would.

Disappointing..... Used to be so good. We called and were told there was no wait and no need to make a reservation. We were very close by so we were there in less the 5 minutes. We were told at front desk we should have made a reservation that there is a 25 minute wait. Service was not good. The common consensus of the three other tables around us is that she was drunk. Spilled things. Dropped things. Couldn't remember a thing. She would be right in the middle of taking and order and just walk off to fill someone's water. Very bazaar erratic behavior. The calamari appetizer we ordered was good. Our Entrées came out wrong. When we got them they were cold and not cooked the way we ordered them. Server would disappear for periods of time. We were annoyed and frustrated by this point. We ate part of it and left. Very sad. Used to be one of our favorite places to dine. They used to have great food and even better service. Won't be coming back.

We love the Brio grill in Las Vegas, best pork chops even. So when we were in the Salt Lake City area I picked Brio in Murray for dinner and realty raves about the porks chops we previously enjoy in LAS. Long story short the Brio in Murray has everything: decor, service atmosphere except a Chef. I was served chops burn to a dryness and charred black. I sent them back and waited 15 min. for a second try which were pink and uncooked . All my guests ordered something else and it was good. Our desert of chocolate Moulton cake was the high point of the meal. Murray Brio should maybe call Vegas to see how they cook.

Amazing food and service! Definitely the best authentic Italian food around. A little pricey, but worth it.

Ate here for lunch today and the food was terrible. I was so disappointed as I recommended Brio to my friend. The salads (one chopped and one Caesar were wet and with very little flavor. We were not offered Parmesan or pepper on the salad. The Pasta Brio was under cooked, the chicken was dry and unchewable. The flatbread with sausage and pepperoni was tasteless. Nothing tasted seasoned and the sauces tasted like jarred grocery store spaghetti sauce. I will say that the White Peach Sangria was delicious!

Service was fast and great. The place in itself is cheap. It's like eating at an expensive Dennys. The table had paper for the table cloth. My pasta was over cooked, mushy, and clumped together as if it had been frozen. The food was a disgrace. Will never go back again.

We went in today for lunch and were totally ignored by the hostess. She was incredibly rude to the woman before us, I am surprised she didn’t walk out. She then asked the people after us “how many” even after the woman told her we were there first. She then yelled at someone who asked how long of a wait. Your hostess is the first face of your business, this is not the face you want greeting your customers. Needless to say, we walked out.

Have been back a few times and it has really gone downhill. They've changed the menu and not for the better. The pasta ala vodka used to be a go to but wasn't as good. A bit disappointed. Also, we really miss the steak bruschetta. Would love it if you brought it back.

My Daughters favorite place to eat when we visit "The Mothership" aka The Mall. They can get pretty busy on the weekend so I recommend reservations. They have really pretty outdoor seating and a bar inside if you want to go a little more casual. We love to get the Caprese and Bruschetta. The Bruschetta sampler is probably our favorite, you get six slices of toast with three different delicious toppings. Plenty to share and something yummy for everyone's various preferences. The Caprese is delicious and I even grab one when I'm by myself running errands. Our number one favorite item on the menu here is the Pasta Alla Vodka. We love the fluffy ricotta-filled pasta and super yummy spicy tomato cream sauce. They even sprinkle a little heavenly pancetta on top, it's such a delicious dish it's hard not to want to finish it. While I have not tried their desserts I can tell you they make some delicious fruity drinks. The Sangria Rosa tastes like Summer, it's super refreshing and also not too sweet. The Strawberry Basil Limonata is also one you have to try if you love Limoncello like I do. I have always experienced really great service here, everyone from the hostess, to the waitstaff, even the bus boys are sweet. Sadly I have also seen some super rude customers though, I wish everyone would give the workers a little bit more grace during these times when a lot of our favorite places are understaffed. Y'all be sweet out there!

The food was amazing! Very good as always. The service however was awful. Our server was unapproachable, and not very friendly. Ruined the experience for us. We had to ask him multiple times for things we ordered, including to go boxes at the end. The worse part was when he brought the wrong drink, instead of apologizing and offering to bring the right one, he simply acknowledged that he brought the wrong drink and left. Several minutes later after reminding him he still hadn’t brought my wife’s drink, he said “Oh and I guess I’ll get that other drink. It’s just a pain in the a** to make”. It was as if we had inconvenienced him by ordering a drink. An Italian soda no less. Soda, flavoring, and a little cream- not that hard. Never did a Manager touch the table to see how everything went. Aside from the food, it was a very disappointing experience.

Stopped for lunch on a Saturday. The service was so painfully slow. The food was fair. I will not be back.
