Be sure to ask what ingredients come on a sandwich. The menu is.posted high and away and staff doesnt ask what you'd like. Its assumed you know their menu. Otherwise you get a bacon and cheese sandwich that somehow includes apple and onion. The $32 for 2 sandwiches and soup could have been better spent elsewhere.

This location consistently has terrible service. There are always multiple employees standing around, yet Kevin seems to be the only one actually helping customers. Online orders are regularly more than 10 minutes late, even during slower times. Really disappointing for a place that’s usually much more reliable.

It’s not the Uber Eats driver’s job to fill up the drinks for your customers order. Don’t have your employees hand off the job to the courier driver, and then the driver finds out that your drink machine is out of the requested drink anyways.

I’ve been to a couple of Zupas in salt lake and Utah county but the service here is by far the best. Ive started going out of my way to go to this one because the people that work there are nice and welcoming. They always make my food exactly like I like it and they pay attention! There’s a guy there named Kevin, and he’s always smiling genuinely and is happy to help. He seems happy to be there and that’s kind of nice and makes the experience more enjoyable! On top of that it’s clean and the restaurant gets some dishes you can only get at their test center which is here 😈 has a pretty park behind it if you want to take your food there after too!

My wife ordered the try two combo with the turkey bacon Avacado and the nuts about berry salad there was a worm in the food and when she called to get a refund for the food the lady she spoke with was rude and refused to do anything about it

NO Salt and Pepper for more than three months. Manager says ‘Supplier Issue’ I say it’s a Management Issue. Never get a response from HQ after sending multiple messages. Guess it’s time to find another lunch spot !!!
