Went a couple of days ago to grab lunch for myself and some coworkers. The place was packed. The woman running salads greeted every person that came it. The cashier was quick. But most of all, Los on soups was the epitome of the service I expect from Zupas. He was friendly, upbeat, professional, and quick.

Really disappointed with the service that I got today I ordered online I go in. They said that they didn’t have my order so I had proof to them that I had an order then they made me wait and they were serving the people that had come in after me and giving them the food first when someone makes the order online that should be a priority because they’ve already paid and they should get that first. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after everyone else got their food to get mine Service was horrible

just my opinion, but it seems like their tomato soup has anise in it, which I really don’t care for. I checked online, and it does seem to be in their tomato soup. but I’m sure some people love anise. The rolls included were fresh and delicious.

Went in for lunch and the cashier Sara was amazing!! Super friendly, made sure we had out food drink and dessert. Even signed us up for the app. She did all of this so quickly and efficiently even though they were so busy.

This will be the last time I eat at Zupas. The staff is extremely friendly but the food is sub par. I ordered the Cobb salad with pesto chicken sandwich. My husband ordered one of the new bowls hoping it was as good as the pictures and staff say it is. When we got our food the lettuce was soggy and the chicken looked like something that is served at McDonald’s. My husband’s bowl was average at best with again soggy lettuce and inedible chicken. The only positive thing about our meal was the piece of bread and the strawberry. Needless to say we will not be returning again.
My gosh are the people here nice, my card was having service issues and I was already stepped aside due to the long line. Then a lady comes over and just offers me the food but determined and stubborn as I am I wanted to pay. Another tells me if I want to pay just go eat and then come pay when you get the card to work and I did! Justin was also super nice. Thank youuu for being understanding things happen glad it worked out though.

Justin took good care of us they all have positive attitudes I love the energy the food was amazing for my first time being here. The whole crew deserves a big thank you and a special thank you to katya was amazing and Justin was solid and Cherry was perfect we will definitely be back to this location. Lastly the food was fantastic we’ll be back soon for sure.

They are a rip off. Don’t eat here. Small portions, large price. Started charging extra protein for typically salad. Wont allow make your own 1/2 salad forces you to pay for full salad with the same portions as a 1/2 salad.
