California Pizza Kitchen at Fashion Place

I love CPK. This location could use a little investment, but they still serve up all the classics and I love it. Try the Jambalaya, Chicken Piccata or Santa Fe Power Bowl. You'll also love the butter cake with ice cream. So many great choices.

The food was pretty meh. ?The oil they gave us with the bread tasted like liquid cardboard and other stuff we got was just not good.

I ordered takeout tonight, terrible experience. I spent 100$ on 4 pizzas and 2 half salads. Thanks asked for utensils and bread and received neither. Two of the pizzas were kid gluten free pizzas which they ran out of. You would think they would just cook normal size Gluten free pizza to replace it but instead I showed up and they didn’t have them ready. They were clueless what to do. Their solution? Give me one normal size one to replace the the two kids size pizza. Then I had to stand there for 20 more mins and wait for it while the rest of my food got cold. I got home and my other two pizzas that were regular size ended up be so small! I’m sure they were the lunch or kids size. 15$ each!! The ceasar salad didn’t have enough dressing and 2 sad croutons.The worst part.... I called to complain about the small pizzas I paid 15$ for and she lectured me about how they tried to call about the gluten free pizzas and I didn’t pick up. Then proceeded to tell me she made my other pizzas herself and they were the right size. Customer lost!! I will NEVER eat at cpk again. There are a milllion pizza/pasta places out there that are much better with better value.

Wow. The only pizza kitchen that was clean and welcoming. Go see the bartender he is great. The food presentation from this Ca pizza kitchen isn’t anything I’ve seen before . Wow. I’ll be coming here from now on.

Need to give a shout out to Kristen the manager at the Fashion Place location. She gave us excellent customer service, definitely above and beyond! I’ve been so impressed with the kind manner in which she handled our situation. She is a stellar example of how customer service should be!!!! Thanks Kristen for going above and beyond for my kids and I! You made a lasting impression with us and we will continue coming back solely due to your caring and kind efforts!

Great food, l love when a place has unique items that I can't get elsewhere. Mexican corn was great, pizza and potato soup. Everything was fresh & nice staff, Generally clean but the bathrooms needed attention.

There were 3 or 4 waiters but still no body responds properly, except for the one at the entrance. The waiters' service was just okay. But they brought food before bringing bread, that's how slow their baking was. Very poor service. They even have some items missing, and they have a substitute for that item.

Server and kitchen were swamped and bar was short on listed wines. All employees were putting in genuine effort. Good enough experience but this is not my favorite pizza. Worth going to use the gift card. Wouldn't purchase anyone else a gift card tho.

Sat at the Bar otherwise it would've been a half hour wait. I was tired I had a long day at work and I was getting very hungry.

Went to CK for the first time after being offered coupon for signing for CK reward program. Got told by the supervisor there that Only 2 coupons can be used and we had 6 people. Coupon rules specifically say 1 coupon per customer, dine in only, did not mention how many could be used for 1 table. Wait time was 1 hour anyway to be seated. I think they just tried to hook you up with their loyalty program where you would get stuck with paying for them forever. They would not want to give away 6 free pizzas, which ridiculously costs $12 ea. What a bad and lame experience for first time customer. Dont think I would ever come again.

Just got a pepperoni pizza. Taste was quite good. Not too sure about the price though.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated, then after seating we waited 30+ minutes for a waiter to greet us. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

The egg rolls and Mexican corn was amazing! The pizza was great as well!

I came here with two friends a few weeks ago. The food was good and the service was pretty standard. The issue comes from after paying the bill. My one friend and I tipped in cash and wrote that on our receipts. The other friend tipped $4 on her receipt, totaling $14 from the three of us. Fast forward a few days later when we checked our bank accounts and saw we had all been upcharged. I called the manager and explained the situation and told her we had copies of our receipts. She said we would be refunded the difference and that still has never happened. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be upcharged after the fact.

I called at 5:45pm today (Sunday) and was told over the phone by an employee “We are no longer taking orders at this time” the closing hours are 9pm. This is now the second time I have been told we are closed for take out orders hours prior to closing. There was no other explanation or reasoning given. I can actually see many customers inside the restaurant and people walking in as we speak! Take out orders are easier to handle. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior and lazy of the staff. Sounds like the going trend of employees trying to avoid work!
