We love coming here! Thai lettuce wraps are my favorite, so are the fried mac n cheese balls, the calamari, the pasta de vinche, artichoke dip, all the egg rolls... I could go on and on about this place. The cheesecake is the best I've ever had as well. They have a huge menu so there's something for everyone here and it tastes delicious 😋

Took an hour to get our food, everything was cold, and was not great. Very disappointed, I would not recommend, very overpriced and not worth it. I would've rather gotten fast food.

The food here is good, not great and nothing super special but it's well prepared and takes good, the service is great with excellent wait staff. The restaurant itself is a bit dark but the Egyptian theme is nice. Or course the real reason anyone goes to the cheesecake factory is there cheesecake and they're always amazing, I love the cinnabon one myself.

Delicious dishes... And of course cheesecake... I'm getting plump like my uncle Nick.. jolly old guy with good red cheeks.. he was out so night doing who knows what... Strange fella.. cheesecake factory isn't a factory as I found out.. I wanted a tour.. turns out they have many diff desserts and types of edible wonderful things. If you can afford to blow a couple Benji's go check it out..

Had reservations. Waited half an hour to get seated. Waited 45 mins for food to come out cold. Salmon was bland. I understand it’s a Saturday night but come on..

The lines took forever but our server was top notch and so was the food!

Always a great treat

I just got the sorriest piece of tiramisu imaginable from my carry out order. There is no way this would have been served to me had I ordered it for a sit-down order. When done right, it’s a great slice of cake that is worth the price, but the last time I ordered the tiramisu in person, it was still frozen so the flavors were muted. I just asked for a box so I could eat it later at a more appropriate temperature. I will probably never order the tiramisu again seeing how they are having issues with their quality control.

Went here for a work party and it was a great experience! The waitress was awesome. I also forgot to get a copy of my receipt, called a couple of days later and Shelli helped me out! She was super nice and was able to send a picture of it to me. Even followed up with me to make sure she got me the right one. Thank you.

WOW. What a waste of money and time.
Brought us the wrong drinks first.
Kept "checking If the cooks would cook the macaroni" even though it was on the menu. They wouldnt...
Only took half of the tables orders.
Brought half the tables food.
Completely messed up the salads twice!
Refill drink had no syrup.
Then the waiter disappeared for 30 minutes after handing us boxes with no check.
Went to the front to see what's going on because she was no where in sight. The waiter was really nice and just seemed a bit overwhelmed with the situation is all.
The managers had an attitude.
The waitress said she was trying to see if the manager would help with the compensation since there was two of us and we were there an hour. She said one of the managers is mad and not willing to. The other one just took off the salad and yet we were still waiting half our while all this was going down and they were talking. They treat there costumers poorly. Take no responsibility and complaints on there bad customer service. This happened there before but we will NEVER GO BACK. Toxic atmosphere
