I ordered a to‑go pasta and, when I arrived to pick it up, I added a cheesecake to my order. I paid for everything and was told it would be ready shortly. When I got home, the pasta was there… but the delicious‑looking cheesecake was not in the bag. The cheesecake had ghosted me. I was devastated.

I called right away and was told I’d be refunded. Weeks went by with no refund, so I called again. Brooke, the manager I spoke with, checked and confirmed no refund had ever been issued. She processed it for me, and I finally received the refund for the cheesecake but not the sales tax.

So now I’ve unintentionally donated 7.25% sales tax to a cheesecake I never got to enjoy.

Everyone I spoke with was polite, but it took multiple calls and I still ended up paying tax on an item I never received. I’d just appreciate a smoother process in the future.

Appending my previous review. Went back and had the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp. AWESOME. Appetizers were great and the service was OUTSTANDING. Will go back, just won't order a salad.

I ordered an avocado Thai wrap for pickup, but they gave me chicken instead. I am vegan, so this mistake meant I couldn't even eat my food. Very frustrating experience with a lack of attention to detail on a simple substitution.

Wrost customer service in the area. I had walkin order which they got it wrong in system and when I called and they placed me on hold for 30 min and cut the call.

Terrible experience. We waited over an hour and a half to be seated for our party, even though everyone had already arrived. The manager on duty, a woman with visible tattoos, refused to seat us and gave no clear explanation.

When I told her we were leaving after wasting all that time, she responded, “That’s fine, another party was after you.”

Extremely dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No manager should speak to guests this way.

Three stars only because we were given a new waitress after getting one that was “put out” to adequately serve us. We asked the first waiter about dairy contained appetizers in which “he forgot” to ask. He told us they do not have an allergen menu. We pulled the allergen menu online. We verified the appetizer we wanted did not contain dairy however, the waiter said that appetizer does. So, either the lazy waiter didn’t want to verify or the allergen menu is wrong…either way, it’s not acceptable.

This is my favorite Cheesecake Factory. Every time I come here I get great service and the food is prefect. Last time I got the pesto chicken pasta, it was so delicious. It came with breaded chicken patty’s on top. I always love their lemonades, so I recommend getting one of those too. And don’t forget some cheesecake! You won’t be able to eat it because you will be so stuffed, so maybe get it to go.

The actual restaurant is the nicest looking Cheesecake Factory I have been to. The inside of the building is very beautiful and relaxing.

If you are in salt lake, I recommend taking the extra drive from the location in City Creek and instead stop by this location. It’s worth it!

Sadly I was disappointed on this visit. Took us almost an hour to get our food, we didn't get bread Even though they said we would get it after we were sat. My entree, the bottom side was burnt and had a heavy scorched taste, my wife's fries came out cold. It was busy and our server changed after we were seated so I'm sure that had something to do with it but overall for the cost I wish we had gone somewhere else.

I’m a door dash driver showed up to pick up lady tells me I have to wait outside until they decide to bring food out it’s 34 degrees outside not only that our orders are already paid for which makes this pure bs then she sees my truck parked at the curb and tells me you need to move your truck to parking lot you can’t get your order until you do their is no signs saying you can’t park their she has no right to tell me where I can and can’t park I’ve filed a safety complaint with door dash please do not spend your money at this facility take your door dash to a different location and not even your DoorDash if they are this rude to someone that has an order already paid for I can only imagine how they treat customers as well
