The burger toppings were creative and added great variety.

Placed a $180 DoorDash order with Cheesecake Factory and it was incorrect. Called to rectify and the manager said to resolve with DoorDash because the driver confirmed the order. How that is possible is baffling to me when the restaurant packed the order and sealed the bags prior to pickup. DoorDash drivers simply transport. This is the entirety of their responsibility. I can understand a mistake but the manager refused to work out any options. Don’t bother with this overpriced place. You’ll regret it!

There are some amazing waiters in the bar area! We've preferred sitting there because of the wait staff. Yes, this restaurant is a little over priced. Smaller things like staff, speed, and quality have made up for that so far.

A gift card brought me here but I have had nothing but a bad experience. I created an online account to make a reservation and then tried to login. Got an error. Called the restaurant but they don’t take reservations over the phone and don’t have any way to help with the online error. Ridiculous that a service based industry has this much problem. So I just went to the restaurant because the server said they would probably be able to get me in at that time. 1 hour wait! Is this how you make a profit on gift cards. Make them really difficult to use?

Our waitress was great. Everything we wanted was related to the kitchen but the cooks really messed it up. We asked for our salmon to be cooked well done, it came out lukewarm and not finished cooked in the middle of the salmon. The mashed potatoes and Broccoli came not even lukewarm. I asked for no lemon on the plate which was related to the kitchen by the waitress cuz my wife had allergy issues and guess what, it came with a lemon wedge on the plate.
The best part was the hot bread we enjoyed.
We are from Idaho and we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant when we come to SL.
Not sure if we will be back.

Great food with little time to wait for the food! We came at a good time and got sat immediately and were being taken care of within minutes. They have an extensive menus with alot of options, whatever you're in the mood for they can most likely make!

Hi, my name is Lily. I came here the other day to celebrate my aunt getting married. We were a big group and, in the excitement, were a little crazy as well. Mandy was so helpful while we were getting ready. She offered us seats as soon as possible and was extremely kind. She returned multiple times with updates. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you Mandy!

It's been about 4 years since I could talk my husband into going after the terrible experience last time. Took 2+ hours to be seated, then the waitress was very rude to us and everyone around us. This time we went about 2:30 so no wait to be seated, and service was quick and the food was delicious! I had chicken picata and he had their salmon special that had a picata sauce on it also. He says they have redeemed themselves...for the most part. 😀 With 2 sodas, and 2 cheesecakes ($10 each) to go (about 1/8 of a slice) it came to $100. So a little pricy (4 stars). A whole one is about $40 so next time we're getting a whole one. 😋

Great server, classic food still good- sweet corn tamale cakes, and chicken bellagio. The bread was good, but some was over baked or reheated- too crunchy and the server sent us home with extra bread that wasn't hard.
