Terrible experience, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. In the end, they brought it out with an excuse about problems with the system. It seemed like the people working at the checkout were doing it for the first time, because they didn't even give us a receipt.
It's a shame, really, because my previous experiences at other Chick-fil-A locations have been good.

I’ve been coming to the chic fil a in fashion place mall every single day for 10 years. Recently they went through a complete management and employee change and since then it’s been the absolute worst service I’ve had from a chic fil a ever. When in the past it’s been the absolute best.
Lately all the employees but like 1 dont know what they’re doing. I’ve had my order forgotten and never made. They’re unfriendly disorganized and not properly trained. This is clearly a management problem. I hope some higher up see this and comes fix this joke of a chic fil a.

We eat here on the regular, though not as much as we used to because of high prices. Love fresh tasting fast food. The lines might look scary & depending on the people in line... some take forever to order because they dont know the menu & should've went inside or since 90% of people are already on their phone pull up the dang menu! We order ahead of time & its awesome! Anyway, the line moves quickly most of the time! This is one of the best drive thrus IMO! Thanks for doing a great job!

i went yesterday, when it was my turn the girl just laughed at me, i said hi and she didnt say anything so i started ordering, i told her i waned a “spicy chicken sandwich” i asked if she could remove the pickles and add pepper jack cheese instead, she says “okay so add more pickles” i repeated my order to her 3 times. She didnt give me my receipt she just said “i can help whos next” I had to interrupt the lady who was ordering and ask her for it and she threw it. when i saw my receipt she added more pickles to it, coby cheese and made it delux, after i specifically told her NOT delux, no pickles and pepper jack cheese 4 times. I went back and told her, she looked at me laughed and said “omg whats your name” i told her and she told some guy and said “there its fixed”. Honestly everyone who had taken my order there plenty of times always read me my order, and have always been so nice, she was so rude, i didnt get her name because she threw away my receipt once i asked her to please change it, but she was the one by the ice cream machines, yesterday around 2:30-3:30.

The girl Kristina attended me very well but I waited 30 minutes for a number combo because the girl had no idea what she did what a bad service I don't recommend them, I had to tell him to return my money and he didn't even give me anything for the wait while other restaurants of this type do.

Took them 30 minutes to get me my food. I only ordered 2 items. A sandwich and a 8 count. I kept asking for my food and they said it was coming out. Never did till I had to tell them my order again. They served 10 people behind me before I got my food.

Everytime I go over to their store they have like 20 people at a time working yet they take 20 mins to give me my sweet tea which is the only item I ever order cause everything else is overrated. I work in the same mall a couple stores over and we have less than even half of that staff working at a time and we get orders out in 3 mins or less. Its ridiculous.
