Had to ask for a bit more for almost all the toppings. Cashier girl was rude; she didn't even ask if I needed a receipt, and I did, and she literally walked away from the register once my payment went through. Chipotle has been tanking, and this location is the cherry on top. ?

A buddy of mine picked up a group lunch for a few friends and I today from this location, and I’m sad to say they did not deliver the results we were expecting. At first, we just thought they got one order wrong and gave someone a veggie burrito instead of an al pastor chicken one but they forgot al pastor in my bowl, too! I’d rather have any chicken than none if you’re out of the speciality ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They also forgot my sour cream! So it was a sad, plain bowl with no flavor. Nice.

This was a little tricky to find, tucked behind Starbucks. The food was delicious and the store staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.Dietary restrictions: My wife has a lot of allergies and the staff helped her find an option that she enjoyed.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have extensive allergies that are difficult to navigate. Rebecca graciously helped me out. She even offered to go to the back and write down the ingredients for one of the sauces so I could double check them. Even with my limited options, I was able to come up with a tasty burrito. Thank you!!

This is my go to chipotle stop, but unfortunately I don't think i will be coming back to this location. I ordered a chicken bowl and the server forgot to add chicken in it. I gladly return back for them to make this right. But only for them to just tell me they cannot remake my bowl order or get a chicken inside a container for their mishap in the making of my order. They told me to pay for the side of chicken. Just for it to be a small container. Who ever they are hiring for these "mAnAgErS" are no help to resolve issues on site. Problem solving to provide good services is much needed for employee training here.

Sometimes I'll get my order exactly as I create it using their app (I'll set everything to have extra...but it doesn't always come out that way). Order is usually ready on time. For mobile orders you have to go off to the side. There's a tall rack of shelves meant for pickup - but I'm guessing they don't use them...due to thefts? I've had homeless walk up to me while I'm seated at my table asking for a ?. Speaking of tables: they're often dirty, as are the floors, speckled with beans, rice, other ingredients that have fallen / dropped from eaters mouths and hands. Disgusting. I've never seen any employees with a broom sweeping nor cleaning rags wiping off unclean tables. It's not much better in their outside dining area during summer, good luck finding a clean, clear spot. Lastly, their corn chips tend to have *way* too much salt, unless you like that sort of thing.

Garbage location. Waited over 25 minutes for a door dash order. They have 4 people not doing a single thing while one person works on a mountain of door dash Uber eats and online orders.Absolutely terrible, skip any and all door dash orders here unless you want to wait 25+ minutes after expected pick up time. They had 4 employees watching one person work while they literally sat on their phones and twiddling their thumbs. No customer service, no expected wait time, no apologies. Just a terrible location and a terrible experience.
