Jacky single-handedly runs the store all by herself. Everytime i’ve been here, she’s been the only one working and she does exceptionally. She deserves the fattest raise

Shame on management at this location. A saturday night, the line is to the door and they have one poor employee working. They don’t have mobile/doordash orders turned off so she also has a line of people waiting for those, who she then has to turn away because she can’t possibly help everyone in the building and the online orders. Ashley handled it like a champ and deserves recognition and a raise. If you are so understaffed that you have one employee on a Saturday night you are not equipped to open, that is not fair to your employee just for ownership to pocket the money made that night and her get nothing for her effort.

I’m pretty fed up with this location. I order a tub of ice cream once a week (they give six mix ins with it), but the last few times they have shorted me pretty significantly. The last time I am sure there was only one to two brownies in it when there should have been four, and MAYBE one cookie dough when there should have been two. This has happened every single time. I finally asked my husband to watch them make it and the guy making it was just going to leave out what’s pictured (a whole brownie and cookie dough). It’s beyond frustrating that that I’m paying for six mix ins and am always shorted between two and four of those.

I visited the Cold Stone Creamery in Murray, UT around 9:58 PM — two minutes before closing. The door was unlocked, the “open” sign was still on, and there were other customers being served. My group waited patiently in line, but when it was our turn, the employee (Yvonne) was extremely rude and dismissive. She told us she had the “right to refuse service” with no explanation and refused to acknowledge us any further.

We were respectful and had done nothing wrong. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and the lack of courtesy was shocking for a well-known brand like Cold Stone. If a store is open, customers should be treated with basic respect — especially when they’ve arrived before closing time.

I hope management addresses this and takes customer service more seriously. At the very least, an apology and some accountability are in order.

Beyond annoying!!! I tried ordering an ice cream pie 4 times!! First time I was told pies require 24 hours notice. Okay I understand that. Second time I was told they had no water, apparently this prevented them to take an order for the next day. Third time, placed order, 30 minutes later I received an email that the order was cancelled. No reason, just cancelled. Fourth time, called and placed the order. I thought all was fine BUT when I went in the next day to pick it up I was told the pie was not made. I will take my business elsewhere!

Spent $7 on a much needed love it sized milkshake today. It was well spent at first! Until I discovered that the “whipped cream” on my shake was actually cool whip - yuck!! That definitely dampened my milkshake enjoyment. If we’re going to do whipped cream, let’s DO whipped cream, not a sad excuse for a whipped topping. Won’t be coming here for shakes in the future, sadly. Do better, cold stone!

After giving this location numerous opportunities to improve, I am over coldstone. Rewards didnt work for years, it’s dirty nearly every time, slow service, understaffed. Don’t order pick up-received wrong order on multiple occasions.

Last order-I ordered 3 pints-all different flavors. Received 2 gotta have its and an almost love it (half filled) 2 were the same flavor-again order 3 unique flavors of ice cream-not just different mix ins. Called because we paid for 3 pints, much more than what we received. Employee told me that a gotta have its are bigger. 16oz is larger than approximately 12oz and thats if you actually fill them. Barely mixed. Offered partial refund. Some employees are rude, the good employees are overwhelmed and understaffed. This may be my worst experience but what loses my business is that it is not unique and you never make it right.

We came in to grab ice cream after the Utes game. I understand they were busy but we ordered a gotta have it. She didn’t get enough ice cream and instead of getting more she mixed the small amount she had, put it in the cup, and got 2/3 more of plain ice cream and stuck it on top and handed it to us and walked away. I asked the girl who checked us out if they could please mix it and add more mix ins as 2/3 the ice cream was plain. She seemed annoyed and asked if she could just sprinkle some on top. I said no, we came here because of the mix ins can you please mix it. She was very annoyed and went over to the other girl and speaking loud enough we could hear at the register, meaning the entire line could hear it, made poor comments about us requesting it be redone as all of the girls working stopped to stare at us. Extremely unprofessional when all I was asking was for them to deliver the product and we were paying for and not do a poor job at it. My husband loudly stated how unprofessional it was of them to be talking poorly about customers on the working line and they all just stared and uttered zero remorse or apology.

Everyone was really diligent with their jobs I didn’t see anyone slacking off. They were well trained. Yung especially, he’s the one that helped us with our order. He was really patient and well informative. We asked to try almost all the ice cream they had ?. Toward the end he even informed us about their rewards program which is pretty neat! Only reason why I’m putting 4 starts under the food category is because it was our first time going and we didn’t know how everything was going to taste together.

This is my local cold stone location and my husband and I come here often. The staff is always kind, helpful, and work quickly. They always have a wide variety of flavors and sweet treats available. CJ is our favorite and is always happy to see us and help!
