My daughter-in-law found a hair in her ice cream while she was eating it. I asked the staff if they wear hairnets, but they said it was not part of their dress code. I think it's important for employees who handle food to wear hairnets, especially when customers are paying almost $45 for ice cream. I would like to request that the corporate office require their employees to wear hairnets to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Went there last week and ordered two different flavors with one mix in. She asked if I wanted them side by side or all mixed together. I told her I would like them side by side in the dish. She let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes so obviously. I didn’t want her to feel any more put out than she was, so I just said “okay, I will just have the one flavor then with the mix in.” She didn’t even argue or apologize and scooped the one flavor with the mix in. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.

So gross do not go went in there to get a ice cream cake today and seen a cockroach come out from under the register I told the cashier and she said we jus got this place sprayed also she grabbed a ice cream cup and put it over the cockroach so

This was so, so BAD! ? The worker took forever to make my ice cream, by the time I got in my car it already melted! She made a complete mess and didn't even think about handing me a napkin, I had to ASK for one. If I see her again I will report her.

I meannnn the reviews speak for itself. It must be so degrading to work here... what are the benefits? Why apply? Coldstone clearly doesn't care. We've tried to go a few times but it's never worth it. We spent $15 on two ice creams, one small and one regular. Got the mojito sorbet and the sample was good but a whole (small) cup made me violently ill. Not to mention the girl who made mine had the dirtiest gloves and my cup was so wet and slippery I literally dropped it when she tried ro hand it to me. She then was annoyed that it happened and remade it with the same dirty gloves and was kind enough to leave a glob of it on the side once again. My husbands turned out fine and he really liked it but the fact our total still ended up at $15 is mind boggling. So not worth it. Wouldn't even come back for free birthday ice cream. Dirty spoons everywhere, dirty gloves, old, dusty. Just meh. Never improved after 2009. Time to put it to rest.

There were only a bunch of teenagers on the staff & couldn't be bothered to do any sort of work or help. Refused to put the ice cream in a cone like I had originally asked & then when I tried to get her to correct her mistake she told me she couldn't put it in a cone now that it was already in a cup. Then while trying to use my gift card to pay she tried to tell me it was expired even though the date says 2027 & went on to start a yelling match with another customer rather than helping me to just pay for my purchase.Obviously these kids need an adult with them on shift to supervise them because they aren't interested in actually working, rather they stood around talking to each other & ignoring their customers instead. Will not be returning to this location

Honestly, awful. ): The wait was 15-20 minutes. Nothing was clean. Got both orders wrong. Waited 5 minutes to pay, cashier never came up so we just left cash there. Super disappointed, going to find another ice cream shop!
Me and my family have been coming here for years and every time the staff has always been so nice and I've been able to get exactly what I want. Overall an amazing experience and the atmosphere is very warming (besides it being colder for the ice cream lol). Overall I recommend it!

Completely out of every thing my family and I tried to order and it was only 3 pm. We all ended up getting stuff we didnt go in for. Only 1 person working the front while 2 other ones kept coming out of the back room and then walking right back there. They didn't even acknowledge the help the 1 person working might need or the long line of people waiting for help. They didn't even have any waffle bowls! I won't go back to this location.

Waited over fifteen minutes for an online order of only two items. After asking the status of the order, the order was just sitting there while the cashier that helped me read in the back on their phone. The other employee aggressively slammed the bag down on the counter and sarcastically said, "Here you go." Lazy and inattentive workers that have the nerve to be rude to customers after making them wait over fifteen minutes when they forget about the order.

By far the worst cold stone in Utah! I swear they have an under 16 year old policy to work there. Have had countless complaints from door dash customers waiting for over 30+ minutes PAST pick up time.They are disorganized, unhelpful and straight up rude. I received an order and the lid wasn’t put on properly, which I CANNOT fix because they staple the bag closed for door dash. Worst experience I’ve ever had, there is now a Reese peanut butter cup ice cream all over my my car and clothes. DO NOT GO HERE, terrible customer service, horribly slow, all teenagers working
