This place is pathetic and disgusting I seen a roach running on the floor in the kitchen and no staff member wasn’t helpful at all when I tried to tell them about it then I keep telling them the food was warm for a cold cut sandwich, I think everyone knows if a cold cut meat is warm , and nasty something ain’t right ! Do do NOT recommend this place ! NASTY 🤮 probably why my stomach is upset. Will be making a complain to the city and health department!

Had lunch delivered today. Did the try 2 menu with a chicken pesto panini and some shrimp scampi linguini with a caesar salad. The sandwich was delicious, ciabatta bread was nice and it had great flavor. The scampi was a different story. I upgraded for a couple of dollars more for this and was very disappointed. It was very bland and tasteless. There was no lemon to squeeze onto it either which is usually pretty customary. No garlic taste at all, it tasted like plain noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. The shrimp were on the small side but ok.There were some diced tomatoes as well but overall it was very disappointing. The caesar salad was ok, nothing special. Overall for $25 it was not good with the exception of the panini. For $12.99 or something I guess it wouldn't be such a disappointment but for $25 bucks it was a big let down.

Don't ever order a grilled cheese from here. I'm vegetarian so i can't have 80% of the menu so i went with the grilled cheese and it was cold and the cheese only in the center of the sandwich on top of that they only gave me one slice of cheese between both cuts of the sandwich. They also forgot to give me the soup that was supposed to come with it and instead gave me a salad despite me not asking for one. The sandwich looked no where close to the one on the menu and even used a different bread then what was shown. So i dont plan to come back but thats because i can't eat anything else on their menu.

Pancakes paper thin and soggy before I even put syrup. The hot chocolate was watered down just like the syrup. This place used to be good. What a bummer

Ordered the special burger with the sauce on the side. It came with no sauce whatsoever. Burger was super well done. Fries were very good but it only came with 5 fries Service was terrible. My espresso was cold and they spilled it all over the saucer. They made no attempt to order another. Our server was painstakingly slow and did not bring out ketchup or sauce when ordered. Our guests had issues as well. So 3 out of 5 is generous. And I'm not even a picky person. It was pretty bad.

It wasn't great. I had cheddar broccoli soup that tasted like it was from a can then the fridge then in a crock pot all day. And a chicken green chili panini, the flavor was ok, but it was greasy. The coke was good. I'm going to say way over priced for half a sandwich and a small cup of soup. $19.00, yeah, there are a lot of options for a much better lunch at that price.

This place has really gone downhill. It was lunchtime and us and one more table were the only ones in the place. I had half a chicken Chile panini and cup of cheesy broccoli soup. The panini was bland and soggy and the soup was chalky. My companions were disappointed as well. My niece had carbonara and it was watery and bland. Mine, without a drink was almost $15. Not going back.
Vegetarian options: Parking is a pain. Not sure where all the drivers are going but it sure isn't here.
This place is underrated. Their breakfast/brunch has always satisfied us, and it’s at a good price. The chicken sausage wrap (basically a breakfast burrito) rocked our socks off today.

So I think I have been to a full service sit-down restaurant of the same name years ago in Orem. This is not what I remember. Seems this place is focused more on breakfast. It was OK enough, but I feel like much of the main menu is missing at this location. I'm not crazy about this location.
