Food is pretty good. Nothing special but pretty fresh and decent. I will say there were a lot of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. Not sure if this location is considered in a sketchy neighborhood but definitely some undesirables lurking around on the day we went. 4300 south state is my favorite location for a big reason. I have returned over and over to this location for more years than I dare admit. Tonight was no exception. My order was perfect, my wife asked how much they charged because she thought they had over portioned the grilled chicken. They don’t shout at me, they listen and ask if they aren’t sure what you asked for. Tonight I had a receipt without a rewards scan and the manager corrected the error without a hassle. 10...

Some of the staff doesn’t mix the ingredients so the sauces get chunky and the beans get super crusty. You’d think that would be basic training. I don’t want the dry sauce that’s hanging off the ladle in my burrito. Not everyone is bad, but they need to do better training. Makes it less appetizing.
