Terrible service!! After waiting more than 15 minutes for an ice cream, I had to ask and they said that the machine was damaged and when giving me my money back the cashier threw away the bill, super rude!!

Disappointed. Thought picking up a quick treat while leaving the mall. Attempted to order multiple items but they were out. Why are you open when you don’t have half your inventory? And then it was $8 for the smallest ice cream for our 3 year old grandchild. Yeah… this place will be a pass from now on.

Paid over $8 for a fake fruit smoothie, and it wasn’t even the right flavor. The lady taking my order barely spoke English and didn’t understand my order, my English is fine. When I brought it back and tried to ask for them to correct my order, she very rudely told me the machine just broke. Absolutely hate this exploitive corporate atmosphere we’re living in. $8 for terrible quality and terrible service, 0 stars and won’t be returning.

Went to pick up an Uber Eats order and walked the whole mall for about 10 minutes. The security guard gave me the wrong directions. I tried calling this dairy queen and their phones are disconnected. Then when I finally found it, the young lady employee who gave me the order was at first ignored me and when I got her attention she rolled her eyes and didn't have any customer service.

I haven't had an Orange Julius in years and was very pleased to see they're still around, albeit via Dairy Queen. I ordered 4 small original Orange Julius'. The only thing that shocked me was the price. All 4 small Orange Julius' came to $30! Wow! It's shall be some years yo come before I treat myself and my family to this overpriced treat. They tasted very good though.

I wish with all my heart I could give -2 stars. The girl who took our order was so snappy and rude, I asked for the difference between a small and large cone and she rolls her eyes and tilts her head towards the sign showing the different cones they have but there were no prices on it which is what I was asking in the first place. Then after I placed the order, she goes to hand me the cone and tries to charge me $0.50 for a cup to carry it in. The banana split was such a sad pitiful looking concoction. It makes sense that there aren't very many DQs around anymore. With service like this and ridiculously overpriced items (we paid $5.49 for a plain vanilla cone and almost $10 for a banana split) why would any spend money here. I came with a gift card and that was the only way I'd ever pay for this trash.

If you're not going to put in enough ice cream to fill the cone, get yourself some smaller cones. This is a pitiful excuse for a "large" cone.

Cashier was extremely rude and was not willing to resolve a price discrepancy on the menu.I ordered a strawberry sundae and saw that it was possible to add DQ sprinkles for 59 cents (this was written on the menu board). When the cashier rang me up, I thought that the total was a little more than I had expected, but the cashier made no mention of any differences between the menu prices and the actual prices, so I just went ahead and paid. When she handed me the receipt and my ice cream was being made, I noticed that the sprinkles were not 59 cents, but 99 cents on my receipt. By that time, my ice cream was already made, but hadn’t been handed to me yet, so I brought up the price discrepancy with the same cashier. The cashier rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and asked me in an annoyed voice, “What do you want me to do?” I asked her to either honor the price as it was written on the menu, or to cancel the sprinkles and make me a new sundae with no sprinkles. She said, “Well, I’m just going to throw away this sundae then!”, while gesturing to the finished sundae with the sprinkles. She did not mention making a new sundae with no sprinkles, nor issuing a refund, so I assume she would not be fixing the problem. I told her that she couldn’t do that and she needed to fix the discrepancy, and, without saying a word, she went to the back to get the manager who quickly voided the sprinkles and a new sundae was made. I received no apology or explanation about the price discrepancy, and I felt that I was being blamed for the price mistake that this establishment made. I understand that it is really busy, and prices have fluctuated a lot due to inflation and the pandemic, but you cannot put the blame on the customer when they bring up a mistake that YOU made. I am hesitant to visit this restaurant in the future, and I hope that the menu prices will be fixed and the staff will be trained better to handle such issues should they arise agin in the future.

I am very disappointed with the service I received here! I brought my family to buy an ice cream. One person tells me to give them a few mins and this lady in the picture comes and tells me we cannot take your order we are closing! When there is 5 minutes reminding and just took the person in front of me orders. I asked to speak the manager she said she’s the manager and when I asked for her name she refused. I’m never coming here again! Very bad customer service and treatment
