$8 for a small is outta hand. The woman making it also had her hands in the washing water, didn’t wash her hands afterwards, and didn’t put on gloves to make it. They are also employing a kid - a little girl about 12 I was behind the counter too. :/

I had a terrible experience at this store. When I went to buy ice cream, the staff completely ignored me and the others with me. There were four of us, and they didn’t respond or acknowledge us at all. It felt discriminatory and very upsetting. No one deserves to be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff on respect and basic decency.

Went there earlier today 10/25 to get another Medium strawberry banana Julius because my first one was so good but the girl comes up after helping customer with there drinks and she said sorry but I need to close for a few minutes and walked away I didn't have time to wait so I left I was kinda disappointed..

Was 8:25pm when I had asked for a Blizzard & was told no by Abel D. Cause they had shut down the machine & cleaned that area already. They close at 9pm… so I ordered a sundae instead. Also a customer after me had ordered a Sundae she got hers first.. bad service. 😕 If the both male employees close early then why work?

Worst customer service and very rude behavior by the employees. It’s way better to get a shake from chick fill a then getting a ice cream from this people the prices are high rocket

Very worst customer service. I ordered something and they gave us something we ask at least an empty cup they sorry we you have to pay. Never seen this kind of rude behavior and they are located at one of the top end mall in Utah.

The last two times I have come here they would not sell me an ice cream. I tried to order 15 minutes before close and was turned away. The employees turned off the restaurant lights 11 minutes prior to close. Please update the restaurant hours to say closing is at 8:45 pm. It is very disappointing to have inaccurate hours online.

Terrible service!! After waiting more than 15 minutes for an ice cream, I had to ask and they said that the machine was damaged and when giving me my money back the cashier threw away the bill, super rude!!

Disappointed. Thought picking up a quick treat while leaving the mall. Attempted to order multiple items but they were out. Why are you open when you don’t have half your inventory? And then it was $8 for the smallest ice cream for our 3 year old grandchild. Yeah… this place will be a pass from now on.

Paid over $8 for a fake fruit smoothie, and it wasn’t even the right flavor. The lady taking my order barely spoke English and didn’t understand my order, my English is fine. When I brought it back and tried to ask for them to correct my order, she very rudely told me the machine just broke. Absolutely hate this exploitive corporate atmosphere we’re living in. $8 for terrible quality and terrible service, 0 stars and won’t be returning.

Went to pick up an Uber Eats order and walked the whole mall for about 10 minutes. The security guard gave me the wrong directions. I tried calling this dairy queen and their phones are disconnected. Then when I finally found it, the young lady employee who gave me the order was at first ignored me and when I got her attention she rolled her eyes and didn't have any customer service.
