Such a phenomenal location! The drinks & food are always great but the staff is what makes Dutch Bros special for me. Everyone is in such a good mood and I always find my day being better after interacting with the staff there. I hope that when I die that it’s the staff of Dutch Bros greeting me at the gates of heaven because this place employs the best of the best 😩
Picked up an iced coffee today and had the pleasure of meeting the manager named Joe. I was impressed with his kindness and his level of professionalism. I’ll never purchase coffee from any other big chain shops. Dutch Bros, if you’re listening, Joe is your guy. Invest in him, he might be the next CEO.
First timer here… can really appreciate when someone can guide me through the menu. Corrine (apologies if I muffed the spelling) absolutely nailed it. Huge customer service guy, and she killed it and got me the right drink! Highly recommend 🤘🏼
