This restaurant has always impressed me when I go to it. Good cheese steaks with lots of different toppings to choose from and great loaded fries. I definitely recommend it

We picked this at the food court because we were in a hurry and it was the only food establishment that didn’t have a line of people to order. Well now we know why! The bread was hard and stale, the meat was dry, the cheese tasted like easy cheese from a tube. We literally threw it in the trash after two bites. This place just needs to close.

First off, one meal was $27! My bread was hard. No mayo! The steak was dry and had no flavor. My large fry was more like a small/med. $1.25 for an extra fry sauce that was halfway full. I now know why there was no one in line for this place. Unfortunately, I use to love stopping here for a “Great Steak Combo” but not anymore.

Reasonably priced, but you do get what you pay for. I've been to Philly, and these guys don't live up to standards. They are ok, but I wouldn't go back. It tastes like they nuke the steak and then just pour the rest on top just to get it out faster. No real care in making good cheese steaks.
