At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town!...

I’m comparing to Ding Tea, my own personal gold standard right now. It was expensive ($8!) and she made in well under 30 seconds, which means it’s not that made from scratch type of care and quality - more like some prepackaged thing that’s been sitting around apparently. The taro flavor is good. The black boba pearls not that great, and clumpy at the bottom. And I couldn’t customize much (sweetness etc.), tho fortunately I thought to request very little ice.
