We placed an order through the app. The delivery time kept changing so we called the store. The gal who answered said the order had been picked up and told us to call Door Dash. Door Dash sent us to the driver who sent us a screenshot verifying that the order had not been picked up and told us that since his app wasn’t working properly to call the store to cancel the order.
