Our server Viv was amazing! Very accommodating and friendly. Always checking up on us! Jinya is my favorite ramen spot. The manager Levi seemed to undermines his staff alot which shows in such a small restaurant.

Screwed up my order and gave me the wrong broth as well as almost zero broth. The container of broth wasn’t even full enough to cover all my noodles. How did you manage to screw up on one simple order?

Best ramen in Salt Lake City. Spicy chicken ramen was delicious with perfect spice level. Service was amazing. The staff are excellent. Atmosphere is low key but also energized.

The vegan harvest ramen is a must try if you enjoy miso flavor. We also ordered the spicy chicken ramen, and that was good, too. The cherry on the top was the amazing panacotta.

Wayyy over priced the, the eggs are actually fake, the meat was not chicken like they said. It probably was another kind of animal, The Ramen in my house is better than what they serve. I was actually grossed out and it made me feel sick after I ate what was supposed to be healthy for a person. MY ADVICE IS TO NOT EAT HERE! it was also 70$ just for me and my wife. But over all, ot was the food that was horrible. I'd rather pay 70$ somewhere better. I don't trust the food from this place!

This used to be my favorite ramen spot. It’s gotten more expensive and the service has gone downhill. The food was served with a hair in it and we received no apology or concern at any point from our server. Most places would have at minimum apologized and perhaps offered some type of customer service gesture. I was shocked and don’t plan to return as this wasn’t the only poor thing about our dinner experience. I would have given one star, but the team who worked the check in desk were kind and accommodating.

The tonkotsu black ramen is way too oily… I used to come here more often, but haven’t been for a while. Food was more salty and oily, also more expensive. If I come again, I’ll try the vegan ramen to see if that’s anything different

Jinya Ramen Bar delivered a delicious bowl of Pork Tonkatsu ramen. Very customizable to however or whatever you prefer inside the ramen. Bowls come out hot and ready to eat. The appetizer list is plentiful and has many great options. The atmosphere of the establishment is very inviting, centrally located and absolutely well kept and clean. I have no complaints, or negative opinions about this restaurant. I will come back again and again.

Food is not worth the price. You can make better ramen and tacos at home. Save your money. Big rip off.

I used to love eating here like at least once a month back a few years ago. I stopped going as I moved a bit further south. I recently went back, and I am not exaggerating when I say that the price has almost doubled for things. A bowl or ramen is basically $20 after tip or slightly less but still I remember it was like $11 or $12 for the chicken ramen back when I used to come here.

Also IDK what happened to the good servers they used to have, or if I just picked a not great time/day as our server was just blah. That is fine, but not for the prices. I'm really disappointed that somehow it got worse and more expensive so I will find a different ramen place.
