Always charge me extra things I don't ask for added a drink to each one of my meals even though I said no charged me for it then couldn't understand enough English to fix it this has happened 3 times shady practice

The negative reviews are really surprising to me, I've never had a negative experience. I always have enough food for at least 2 meals, the food always tastes good and the people are friendly. It's the only place worth eating at in the food court.

I’ve recently searched this place up to see the reviews, but they do NOT look happy. My experience with this place is 5 STARS!!! The food is great I never have a problem with anything the employees are nice and they even give me a lot of chicken! I recommend this place I don’t know why people are having a hard time here but I recommend!

We went to this place tonight. We were going to do to our usual, Chick-Fil-A but decided to try something new. And I wish I would had stuck with Chick-Fil-A. The portion was decent size, but it was not good. We ordered chicken Teriyaki and it definitely did not taste like normal Teriyaki. My husband tried asking if there was more Teriyaki sauce that we could have and they kept saying they didn't understand him. On top of that, the order was swimming in grease. The chicken didn't have breading on it, but it was deep fried along with the cabbage. It was so full of oil that I got sick immediately after eating a few bites. I was going to take it back, but my husband said he was really hungry so he ate it. But not worth it. I still wish I could get my money back. I thought it was gross.
I usually always have a good experience however today they were completely different. I sat waiting for the beef teriyaki longer than everyone else and they did not care when I expressed concern that there was a lack of extra beef I paid for. I watched others who got 3 scoops of sauce and when I requested it they told me no. I am happy to pay more but honestly they were unexpectedly rude today. I hope this doesn’t become the norm because I love it here. I’m a bit frustrated that they ignored me when I sincere asked if this was the extra beef. Additionally they burnt the hell out of the beef.

It's in the mall, but the food is delicious and customizable. We have meat and veg. The meat is crispy and delicious. Grilled mushrooms and steamed veg are great. Try the salmon! Make it spicy. The white rice is sticky and just right every time. The staff are amazing and so helpful! This is our favorite mall food.
