The atmosphere isn’t great because it’s a busy mall so that’s expected. The service is decent. Sometimes the employees seemed pretty annoyed but that’s understandable. The food is great though, which is impressive considering how busy they are.

Panda does this brain rot thing where they don’t make more of something until they are COMPLETELY OUT of it.

Insanity. They’ll tell you it’s to maintain freshness but then the food will sit there in the warmer for 4 hours until they run out again.

THIS SYSTEM MAKES NO SENSE.

i went to this location and Dexter was extremely rude. I waited for my food and he grabbed it and said i can get you over here and my friend said “oh we wanted some of these” and he had the audacity to ROLL HIS EYES AT US and grab the food. Very rude.

The worker Natalie gave terrible service at the cash register. Giving attitude from the moment she grabbed our food and saying “can I make a suggestion” in an attitude and rude way as well. I’d like to make a suggestion and tell her to check her attitude before serving people that were just trying to have a nice day, eat and go. If she’s having such a bad day then she can just say that. Or just treat other people with kindness.

Good food, blatantly rude employees.The cashier was creepily complementing the guy in front of me on his physique, “Do you work out? You look buff.” Collected my mobile order that was sealed and didn’t feel or see a fork in the bag, so I returned to the counter to get a fork and she was short and irritable for me even asking. “CAN I HELP YOU. IN YOUR Bag.” *eyeroll* This sad woman only looking to make the next built man in line uncomfortable rather than serving her frozen Chinese delicacies with a smile.

I've been coming to this mall location for years. The food is good sometimes, but today I found something gross. I was pouring out my drink cup and found a small foreign object inside my drink!!I don't know what it is, it looks like a string or a small ripped cord. It was gross. I'm so creeped out.Yuck I still feel nauseous.I think I'll stop going out to eat for a long time.Check your food and drinks to make sure there's nothing in them.I'll post photos of what I found.
